I have one of this one:

    http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Ultra-thin-HD-Clear-0-26mm-2-5D-Premium-Tempered-Glass-Screen-protector-For-Chuwi-Hi12/1000002145621.html

Pen works OK, but installing this thing is a pain in the butt! Spent 3 hours for the first half of the screen, it’s trapping air like crazy. Just gave up and slapped the rest of it on after that. Some of the air went away after a week, some remains (looks like greyish spots, noticeable only if the light hits screen from the side). Don’t see any other people talking about this problem, so it could be just my luck/retardation/weather… .

And, finger gliding is not the best.

PS: (not related to the screen protector) Sometimes I have to reboot Windows because the right side of the touch screen starts responding poorly, works OK after that. In Android, touch detection is bad no matter what I do.

There is a way to force enable Precision Touchpad:

    https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/hardware/dn479054(v=vs.85).aspx

No success so far for me, only 1 new option appeared in settings (sensitivity) :/

The problem is keyboard is still powered in sleep mode (you can wake tablet with touch pad).

    Could help:

    a) In Power Options you can change USB Settings -> USB Selective suspend settings to Enabled on Battery.

    b) In device manager tick: “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power”,  un-tick “Allow this device to wake the computer”.

    c) Switch from sleep to hibernate.

    d) Profit????

Can’t test since I’m not at home. Could be some settings in BIOS…

Yes, keyboard really drains the tablet 🙁

And charging is much slower when keyboard is connected :/

    I’d recommend using EZP_XPro or DreamPro3/2 flasher:

Native 1.8V support, setting drivers in Win 10 is a *****, but once you get it going, you’ll be ready to flash just about anything.

When you close the lid, the screen turns off.

The touch pad seems perfectly OK to me.

Download Lite, you can select which drivers it will download later in the app. Full has all the drivers included (for portable use, if you don’t have net or you are on a metered connection…).

Luckily my tab has no white noise problem. Just the touch is problematic 🙁

My pen just works, I didn’t have to turn on anything.

Thou eraser on the button is not very useful.

PS: I haven’t held a pen or written anything by hand in this decade, so please no bully 🙂

EDIT: I meant to post in How does activation of the pen work?
