I don’t have a problem with the Kionix drivers but the latest Windows update messed up camera rotation so it’s always 90 degrees away from the correct orientation. Like if I’m in portrait, the camera thinks its in landscape. This happens with both front and rear cameras.
I didn’t update touchscreen, sensor or Intel GPU drivers from the original Teclast-provided ones so this probably has to do with Windows.
January 8, 2018 at 2:22 am #76602It took me a few days to get the touchscreen, cameras and accelerometer working after the latest Windows 10 update. With this setup, both cameras work and they’re not upside down, rotation and touchscreen work properly.

21.10154.5993.403September 21, 2017 at 12:30 am #72415It’s the hardware and software, probably a physical problem with the SD card reader and Intel chipset issues combined with flaky drivers from Microsoft. I also used to be able to get a 64 GB card working intermittently but now only 16 GB cards and smaller work. Using the old Windows 8.1 drivers didn’t solve the problem, I got slow transfers and the card would get unmounted often.
I’ve given up and now I use a tiny ReMax USB OTG adapter coupled to a tiny MicroSD card reader: the combo is slightly larger than my thumbnail and I can use a 128 GB card with no issues. The card is only used for backups and movies so it’s not a problem to plug it into the USB port.
August 16, 2017 at 5:07 am #70681Agreed, the 150 MB driver pack is missing some stuff. To anyone with the 300 MB driver pack, please share it somewhere so we can put up multiple copies.
June 23, 2017 at 7:29 am #68430With the latest update to Windows 10 Anniversary, the old 6.3 drivers don’t work at all. Lucky I made a backup copy of the Win10 drivers before replacing them. 64 GB SDXC cards work but there’s a lot of latency and Explorer sometimes looks like it hangs, but it’s actually still reading the card. I’ve switched to using the card in a card reader off USB OTG, it’s a problem with either the Windows or Teclast driver.
May 5, 2017 at 1:33 pm #66546Best portable keyboard I’ve used so far is the Microsoft foldable Bluetooth keyboard. It’s pricy but it has nice key travel, it’s tiny and light and can pair with 2 devices simultaneously.
