i am familiar, just like cube i10 that i gifted to my mother, honest opinion she is loving it, but… she did not liked the windows in tablet mode too complicated for her, and touch was not working right after all the updates that windows does it got worst, so she asked me to install android only, and thats what i did, i flashed original image of android for her with full 28+ gb, i have an image ready for download from my google drive, so my opinion always go for company that provide their original os image

luigi if you find original rom/image for your tablet, reply i will guide you

try to ask company, demand actually, tell them that you need original dual os image/rom, otherwise you can only install windows but without drivers… or you can search them on the internet 1 by 1

look for original image of your tablet on the net, if unsuccessful you would have to make a bootable usb drive, format with (rufus -gpt- uefi), install any windows 32 image on it even if you do not have serial number,  connect usb keyboard + mouse to the tablet, hit esc on power up, boot from usb drive and start installation, during install try to recover your tablet from advanced recovery option if does not work install windows completely, try to recover from there, or just search for drivers and go on with your life, good luck!

forgot: Charge your battery first! Do not touch system partition about 1gb and recovery partition about 450mb

Jumper, and seriously i wish i could i upload my messages here to show you what actually this company does, and how they even react on any product failure, even if product is under warranty!

they are ( Chinese brands in total )

Not interested to give you support for your product at all, just to sell cheap and fast, just my opinion…

no support from this company! be advised!

no drivers or backup image unless you know how to sit on the net and look for them by hardware id’s, basically what i am saying is its cheap, comfortable, maybe pretty, but if something breaks or go wrong you on your own!

is it worth the money – probably, does you money worth short period of time?
