Hi Crazy Cookies,

Can you provide instruction on how to use this flash tools to delete all of the partitions on the devices and reinstall everything. How do I use the official rom with this flash tool?

I would like to try your method to see if the memory of the device is actually damaged or it is so some partition problem.

I had the same problem too, and can’t even resinstall the rom using official instructions… there is something wrong with the tbook 10 build…

Hi, I think I am having a similar problem as you.

Have you tried to reinstall the system?

Currently the official firmware is only available from the Chinese Official Website.

And the instructions are only in Chinese.

If you do not understand Chinese, it can be extremely difficult to follow, I suggest returning the item and ask for a replacement if you can.

If you want to give the re-installation a try, I can try to upload the firmware and translate the instruction for you later this week.
