    I’m guessing it never worked?  I’m having the same issue with no luck.  Has anyone ever figured it out?

    That’s correct. No lights or screen. The only thing I can feel is the back getting hot.

    Does anyone know the make and model of the BIOS chip?  I am trying to flash the BIOS with the CH341A Programmer application and it’s not detecting the chip automatically.  Any help would be appreciated.

    It was happening to me out of the box.  It won’t let me update, keeps giving me an error.
