Maybe that’s my mistake with respin. I never add a custom kernel, i always let the “original” inside. I like to use Mint.

How can i find the boot parameters for usb to use the method without respin?

Do you install the rEFInd boot manager using Windows with this command at step 9?

    bcdedit /set {bootmgr} path \EFI\refind\refind_x64.efi

I try to repeat my questions with a different wording:

    – what is the exactly command using the “isorespin.sh” script to create the respun ISO?

    – wich driver must be deleted or wich have to be kept at the installation process of the rEFInd Boot Manager using Windows?

Sorry for my poor English, maybe that’s the reason why you don’t understand me.

I try to follow the steps that Ulric used in his thread. My questions are part of that way.

I understand from your answer that you don’t follow his steps.

There are 2 main problems with ezb3pro concerning Linux installation : a) 32bit UEFI, which doesnt want to boot 64bit grub bootloader from installation USB sticks b) missing wifi driver Both are addressed in the thread above. My succesful install procedure depends on isorespin script by Linuxium

I try to install Mint on my EZBook Pro 3 but i did not work 🙁

    At first two questions, pls:

    1. On the Installing rEFInd Boot Manager HowTo Point 7 it is written that: “You may want to selectively delete some of the drivers in the <tt>drivers_x64</tt>, <tt>drivers_ia32</tt>, or <tt>drivers_aa64</tt> directory, depending on your architecture and needs. Unnecessary drivers will slow the rEFInd start process, and can even cause the drivers you need to not work or cause a system crash.”  Wich changes do you made at this Point?
    2. What is the exactly command you have entered on isorespin to respun the original ISO?

    Thx .
