Do some of your own research and you learn for the future, use google, youtube, and forums where this has been discussed 12 million times.  Installing windows is not specific to the ezbook.

Lincense is hardware based so no problem, NO you do not have to get an SSD that is a choice and NO they don’t cost what you quote. A 128GB 2280 SSD is only 50 Euro and that includes our silly 19% sales tax.

You can also do a fresh install on the inlcuded 64GB emmc…. of course.

Same for me, i made a copy of windows from the Emmc to and SSD and it was slow and cumbersome. After a fresh install on SSD everything is fine. Make sure to backup the “intel thermal management” (or similar named) drivers with doubledriver. As finding those on the net isn’t easy.

Got the new V5 with the locked bios too, installed a micron 256gb M2 drive , clipped the plastic casing around the drive removed the screw and fixed it with isolation tape. Made a windows image with macronium and put that on the m2 drive. Then installed minitool to get rid of the partitions on the MMC. All fine sofar, great little travel ultrabook for next to nothing. I paid 180 Euro at gearbest with insured shipping to Germany, arrived in 8 days.

That’s a new record my previous order, a M-Horse phone, took 5 weeks.

Same here just got a ezbook pro 3 v4 and the bios options are very very minimal. I thought there was some advanced settings hiding but nope.

There is almost nothing you can change except the boot order. A shame but otherwise the device is great, i opened it up and added a micron 256b m2 drive. Mirrored the windows from the emmc to that drive and its working fine.

But the old bios would be nice…
