Don’t have that tablet but my Vi10 4.4 recognizes exfat.
September 25, 2015 at 5:20 pm #11918Mine shipped the 22nd from OKQI at AliExpress. No DHL tracking yet but hopefully tomorrow.
September 23, 2015 at 9:28 am #11812Nice that someone got theirs. Still standing by to order. Chris that has got to be frustrating but no worries, I’m still waiting for my chui Vi10 that is supposed to be tiding me over to arrive at my home in the US, let alone be forwarded on to me. Frustrating to say the least. I didn’t know there was a class of mail this slow. Bad on me for not going DSL to my house.
The hilarious thing is all of this tablet hunt for me started with the cracking of the digitizer on my CM HP Touchpad. I plan on fixing it but decided to finally replace it. Now I have decided on two replacements. Consumption = x98pro Productivity = X2Pro…..I think.
September 21, 2015 at 7:45 pm #11722Any update on your X2 Pro? Anxious to find out more about it, touch screen performance, ssd upgrade possibilities, etc.
September 20, 2015 at 8:10 pm #11680It needs to be plugged in while no USB devices are attached, preferably with a USB ammeter as well, as sometimes I’ve had to unplug and pug it back in to get the faster charging speeds. but k can reliably get 9w of charging, with the ability to use 3 USB ports at the same time. which is fantastic. I’ve been testing it out for a couple of days and it works really well. even had a usb3 USB plugged in at the same time as a wireless keyboard and mouse, and the tablet still charges at a decent rate. It actually pulls more power from the USB charger as you add more USB devices.
Wait is William saying that you only have to begin with nothing plugged in, but it then continues charging as you use USB devices with it?
September 14, 2015 at 10:15 am #11396September 12, 2015 at 6:32 pm #11331Mine is in the mail from Gearbest. grrrrr! Just commented so I know right where to look for help.
September 11, 2015 at 11:44 am #11282Nice find. I love the design direction. Hope all the future revisions follow suit.
September 9, 2015 at 11:12 pm #11214If that’s the case i’m ready to pull the trigger. Do you have a link to your seller? On Ali I take it?
September 9, 2015 at 4:22 pm #11182The price is great if it can do all the things I need it to do. I have a nice, heavy, MSI GT60 at my office here in Afghanistan but don’t feel like packing it up and bringing it to my room at night. It’d be great to have the X2 that I can carry around and use in my room to answer emails, book O’ Faces, skype, and in a pinch do some Office editing and VLC viewing.
September 8, 2015 at 6:54 pm #11151The Lenovo dips into a price range I’m not quite ready to enter for a secondary computing device. I hope the Stylus i7 gets updated so I can pick up one of the old ones for my Daughter, the artist.
September 8, 2015 at 1:31 pm #11137I was already a heavy lean towards the i7 Stylus so even with the jankyness of emulated Android this tablet seems better all the way around. Looking forward to your review as always Chris. I ordered a ChuwiVi10 three weeks ago to tide me over and to give to my kids once I go home. I’ll probably get a X98 pro for the house as well and do a heat sink mod on it. I keep reading that thread to see different ideas and the best results.
September 8, 2015 at 8:24 am #11114Wow, I’m really intrigued by that product and will be buying a few. It’s hard to believe some one far more capable than myself hasn’t figured out how to use this in windows yet.
September 8, 2015 at 8:14 am #11113Man if I can get this in international dual boot, I have found my tablet!
September 8, 2015 at 7:16 am #11108Well BT Keyboard? OTG USB keyboard? If not a hard reset will have to do. Not sure about macro keys or alternative keyboards that have it.
