July 13, 2016 at 9:58 pm #43383Hm… I have the AVG.
Would some other, like Avast work better?
EDIT:
YES! I removed AVG and installed Avast = problem solved, microphone works fine.

Edit:
Seems like I can’t upload the picture. Sorry.
April 25, 2016 at 12:25 pm #34985I already mentioned my findings here:
http://techtablets.com/forum/topic/whats-your-favorite-accessories-to-beef-up-chuwi-hi10/
The mechanical fixation of the keyboard is below all criticism. Those hooks holding the Chuwi don’t do the job, the pad is loosing the connection to the keyboard.
You can remove the 4 screws in the docking bay and try to adjust that weak piece of metal that makes the hook.
Unfortunately if the hooks are tight enough to holt the pad, the spring is not strong enough to move to locking position, you have to help with your fingers when docking. But then you can have a stabil connection.
The whole mechanical construction is – sorry for that – just crap. Really crap.
April 9, 2016 at 10:46 am #32777Yes, a battery in the keyboard could have made it worth.
And yes, that bloody swipe – makes me crazy! Never know when it comes, really annoying.
April 5, 2016 at 3:22 pm #32143I use this:
Works fine.
Also this is usable:
But this keyboard:
well, it’s a disappointment. It supposed to be Chuwis original, but its low mechanical quality makes me suspiciouse.
The locking mechanism is really crap, you risk to drop your tablet or keyboard. And it is really heavy. NOT recommended.
April 3, 2016 at 9:54 am #31798Same problem. Very annoying.
March 31, 2016 at 4:36 pm #31517Is there a solution to this? Still no microphone in my Hi10.
Very annoying, no Skype, no Viber….
March 17, 2016 at 2:31 pm #29786Any news about upgrading Android 4.4 to anything newer?
March 17, 2016 at 2:21 pm #29784Thank you,
by the time I found the answer abot this “trickle charging” on an other thread :-)))
Didn’t have the problem yet, but just wanted to know how to handle it if it happens.
Thanks again!
March 17, 2016 at 2:01 pm #29780Sorry, I did believe I speak and understand English well, but I just don’t get what you are saying “recharge via trickle charge for 2 hours connected to computer USB port, then wall charge for 5 hours”
What is “trickle charge”?
Which USB port?
Isn’t the above “wall charge”? If so explain please the difference
Thx
March 8, 2016 at 5:25 pm #28473I don’t understand what you mean “plug my tablet into any computer”.
Maybe noone does.
Could be the reason why you don’t get any answers.
February 14, 2016 at 9:55 am #25968That’s not good…:-)
You seem to have a problem with the hardware recognition. Or you are changing too many parameters at the time.
Earlier you could not start up Gparted. Now you can. What did you do?
At this point you surely are familiar with entering the BIOS. Is your HD present there?
February 13, 2016 at 7:04 pm #25928Maybe you could try this great tool:
Gandalf’s Windows 10PE x86 Threshold 2 build 10586 Fall update version 12-31-2015
and use the Partition Wizard.
February 13, 2016 at 6:40 pm #25920I have the feeling that your USB memory stick has some errors. Did you try with en other one?
My Gparted works flawlessly
