    @Chupa

    I think this topic should be stick up at the beginning of this ezbook sub forum. Nice looking device, but buying it is a lottery, will your unit be defective or not… and unfortunately odds are that more likely it will be broken.

    @Mike
    think about it before you buy next one.

    xD Powiem Ci że też mi się podoba bardzo, chciałem go zostawić sobie, aktualnie używam acer es1-131 (n3700/8gb ram/128gb ssd) i mi wystarcza do moich potrzeb ale ma matryce TN i po prostu jak zobaczyłem tego IPSa w jumperze to się zakochałem. Ale wiesz, jak nawet trafi Ci się egzemplarz w którym nie będzie mrugać podświetlenie, nie będzie zbyt czuły klawisz f10, sam wciskający się klawisz escape, latający touchpad lub odpadający, klawa nie będzie miała laga, nie padmie ci po kilku miesiącach bateria itd to jeszcze będziesz musiał się liczyć z tym że nie zadziała Ci dysk na m.2… A powiem Ci że przed obecnym acerem miałem też acera ale switch 10, 2/32gb właśnie z wbudowaną pamięcią i wszystko było ok do momentu kiedy się nie uruchomił już nigdy więcej.  Ja wiem, chmury, nasy w domu czy dysk podpięty do routera z usb jako dysk sieciowy i kopiowanie plików w Windows, ale jednak fajnie jest mieć ten komfort że w razie co masz możliwość ten dysk wyjąć i coś z niego odzyskać. Chwilowo zawieszam temat, może kiedyś pojawi się jakiś pewniejszy sprzęt. Myślę jeszcze nad chuwi lapbook air 14,1 też na n3450 ale muszę poczytać czy i z nim loterii nie ma. Ale to już coś koło 350$ więc…

    Z innej beczki ile od nadania do dostarczenia, powiedzmy tego pierwszego nieudanego minęło u ciebie? Mój dopiero wczoraj opuścił wer warszawa, a wziąłem paczkę ale ekonomiczną a nie priorytetową. Ciekaw jestem jak to będzie z moim, bo ja postawiłem na nim windowsa polskiego 10 home i nie udało mi się przywrócić kopii oryginalnego windowsa….

    Daj znać jak Ci oddadzą kasę za lapka też.

    Well, so I send mine today, lets hope it will have nice trip to Spain 🙂 It is so beautiful device, but when I read on forum about another problems, especially with ssd drive, I am convinced that I did well by sending it back.  What about You, did your device reached destination? What was origin country? Mine is Poland. Did You apply for PayPal get back money for sending it back?

    On them website they also give me address from China for sending it back but at that moment I had opened dispute on PayPal and right now I was given options, among others to send it back to Spain. I abandoned conversation on tickets and I’m handling it only via PayPal. I choose sending back option and I’m waiting for address. Well, I think it’s great that we can send it back to Europe country, shipping time and risk is shorter.

    What about You, in the end are You returning it back or replacing Your unit?

    Hey, well that is joke what they offer you but it is normal practice of them.

    They wrote back to me with 3 options,

    -return and get back my money

    -keep item and take 30 $ on gb wallet

    -pay nearly 140$ and keep this unit and they will send mi another one

    Well first off all I opened claim on PayPal as it was suggested by other forum members and I will finish this problem/return right there. I suggest that You do this same. I will also use PayPal return program so I can get back cash for sending back item.

    I read more about flickering and ended on lenovo forum where people wrote about flickering in yoga 2 pro and for two years there was no solution from lenovo and solutions added later simply does not work for every unit. So we should not expect anything else from jumper.

    I’m finishing my adventure with Chinese netbooks, I’m impressed by build of this one but hardware… well no comment. I do not thing I will buy any other model or producer.

    I know You would like it to be some small issue, but from my experience I’m telling you this is some hardware problem and by hardware i mean wrong or defective components responsible for back light.

    Gearbest wrote to me:

    Unfortunately, after opening your attachment, I am afraid we cannot see the issue clearly. Your video seems to be still.

    Could you please resend clearer video or video link to show the problem via our ticket center?

    Please keep the attachment below 2MB and use any of these formats mp4,avi,mov,wmv,rm.

    Well, first of all, 2MB CLEAR video of problem! there are joking right now…. Secondly I wrote them that it can’t be recorded easily or clearly… I think there will be no other option that ‘CLAIM’ on PayPal but I’m starting  to worry that they also will say that nothing can be seen on video and I’m gonna be fu#@$.

    I even wrote to jumper contact on their website, describe my problem, mentioned than there are more units with same issues and asked do they know how to repair it,  maybe some elements on motherboard needs to be replace. They as designer/producer/manufacturer should know what is the problem. But as you probably guess there is no response. That’s  all for now about jumper support.

    They wrote:

    We need to confirm this issue with our technical team and will get back to you with an update as soon as possible. We will then resolve this issue to your satisfaction.

    And I wrote that I’m waiting for answer but if it will take to long I will open dispute on PayPal. You have to keep them short or they will deceive You for long time.

    You are right, maybe it is present on higher brightness but we just can’t see it because of high screen light. As You also ordered from gearbest we will be in touch  about progress of returning it.

    It is really nice looking netbook with enough power for browsing, mailing and stuff like this and I’m so disappointed that I got damaged one…

    Did You recorded this flickering for gearbest?

    I have same issue on my 3 pro V5. I’ve read here on forum about one more unit with this same problem. Back light flickering visible on 0%, 10% of brightness for sure. I’ve reinstalled windows with another copy, updated drivers of graphic card, mess with adaptive brightness in windows 10 and no result. I think it is damaged motherboard or lcd panel.

    At the moment I opened a ticket on gearbest and I negotiate to return it.

    well I think it is some hardware problem. There is a lot of hardware and firmware problems in 3 PRO. in mine i have problem wit flickering screen/screen back light.  it is annoying as f***. I’m sending it back to gearbest, I cant even sell it because of this, next day buyer will be back with it. sending it back will cost a lot, I think more than 1/4 of price… I’m so disappointed angry and god knows what else…

    So far no problem with my v6 unlocked bios. Have a Crucial MX300 275 GB hooked up and so far no failures at boot. Have the emmc as data disk.

    for how long you’re using mx300 as windows disk? all windows partitions from emmc are deleted?
