The battery polarity is correct (positive terminal facing down toward the tip of the pen, negative terminal toward the top end of the pen) according to the diagram actually printed on the battery itself. I would try reversing the battery just as a test, but I wonder if that would damage the pen (not that it is working properly anyway)? It seems unlikely that the polarity should be reversed. The conductor inside the pen looks like it was made to contact the positive terminal and the conductor inside the cap looks like it was made to contact the negative battery terminal.
So are the pens working now?

May 3, 2017 at 8:05 pm #66463I have updated to Windows 10 Creators Edition (1703) using https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10 with no problems. I did not need to reload drivers.

Can you check your Hi13 benchmarking score, thx
May 3, 2017 at 7:59 pm #66462Oh, and btw, after selecting the USB drive to boot from the Chui logo and spinning balls are in-screen for a loooong time (like 10 maybe 15 minutes) before you see anything else happening (I powered off twice thinking it was dead before leaving it alone for a long while).
with Chuwi Windows?
May 3, 2017 at 7:55 pm #66461Would be nice, but I do not anticipate an official release from Chuwi.
