Really, it can be. Tap the button showing the available applications, cookie clicker. All the applications that are open will be seen. Consider your self very lucky that you got some years of use from Teclast. You are in the minority.

Your only cause of action is to trash your Teclast F15 and admit you were conned like hundred of other buyers.

Ok have also attached a external usb keyboard to the laptop and the same thing happens  any ideas please anything else I can try I know I have had the laptop for a number of years but really liked it.

It’ll work, however the primary SSD slot is PCIe x4, the secondary slot is only x2, so you won’t get the full speed of your Samsung 980 SSD if you’re using it in the second one.
