Thanks Daniel,
I get the blue-screen randomly and without any stress being placed on the laptop – i.e. just sitting there. Anyway, I’m in discussion with support but in the meantime, I’ve opted for a clean reset of the laptop. Shame because otherwise it’s a great little laptop with one of the best screens I’ve seen and great touch-sensitivity.
I’ll let this thread know if the reset cures it but I’m not holding my breath.

I got a 30W charger for $9.99 from Amazon and it works. It charges from 80% to 90% in 18 minutes. Good enough. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FQKGB9D/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
November 5, 2019 at 2:38 pm #181988Good, I thought QC 3.0 would work as well, but can not confirm it. So what we now need still is a USB -C PD QC hub to go with 🙂
December 27, 2019 at 1:37 pm #182324So is it official that you need PPS?
Anyone had any success without it?
January 1, 2020 at 3:05 pm #182078Hi,i am going to order a bmax y13.
I read that it can be charged by PD chargers/powerbanks but not all of them.
Has anyone used those products with success?
Even if you havent tried them, do you think they will work?
January 1, 2020 at 3:06 pm #182081Hi, i am very close to buy bmax y13(if the price doesnt drop maybe i will go for y11)
I am a bit confused about the usb type-c compatibility as even some PD chargers doesnt work.
I want to buy those accessories, has anyone tried any of those or does anyone know a reason that they might not wotk on Bmax?

January 10, 2020 at 11:55 am #182429I also wanted to buy a powerbank for my Y13 but I am very confused. What are the features I need to look at?
Can you tell me which powerbanks work on amazon.it?
Thanks in advance to those who will help me.January 12, 2020 at 7:40 am #182433So far I’ve only tried this cheap USB-C charger and it charges @11.4W, the same rate as the original charger. If someone has succeded in charging is faster, I’d sure like to know exactly how fast is possible.
EDIT: See link above for specs & comments. Direct link to store page (AFAIK not available online, but ACTION has stores in many countries): https://www.action.com/nl-nl/p/re-load-ultrasnelle-usb-c-oplader/

It’s probably the USB PD 2.0 support that makes it work. Do you use a specific cable?
January 18, 2020 at 12:52 pm #182514Does anyone use an active pen with the Y13? I bought the BMAX PEN for the Y11 – but unfortunately it does not worg with the Y13…
February 14, 2020 at 7:53 am #182709There is video on YouTube in spanish where someone is charging the Y13 form a Powerbank, and one more YouTube telling he is in deed powering his Y13 from a Xiaomi charger, but gave no details. I do have a SamsungUSB C charger for my wireless charger that delivers 12v 2.1A as max, I tried it and it does not work either. Unplugging it even rebooted the computer !!! But luckily did no harm. Would be interested thou if the Y11 USB-C charger would work here or not, since the y11 is only USB-C charged at least per specs.
Yes, I can confirm that with the left full USBC port I’m charging the Y13 with a power bank.
I uploaded a video that show this.Link in the youtube description
