Mike replied to the topic BMAX y13 – USB-C not charging in the forum General Discussion 4 years, 2 months ago
The Y13 spec suggests PD2.0 but I honestly don’t think my cheap charger has even that (see earlier post for link). My 2ct is to try a generic one with at least [email protected] or a high wattage PD2.0.

Did you try rebooting after connecting the hub? I remember doing that to make the X98 ‘see’ its OTG.

Mike replied to the topic BMAX Y11 can not output 4k @60Hz frame rate? in the forum General Discussion 4 years, 3 months ago
AFAIK the N4100 version doesn’t, see Chris’review, but according to the specs the N4120 refresh does (unconfirmed though).

So far I’ve only tried this cheap USB-C charger and it charges @11.4W, the same rate as the original charger. If someone has succeded in charging is faster, I’d sure like to know exactly how fast is possible.

Mike replied to the topic How to reinstall Windows? in the forum EZBook series 4 years, 4 months ago
I’d use Double Driver to make a backup of all drivers currently installed on your own system & download the driver packs from the site just in case. Looks like some of the drivers were updated and you never know which works on any system….

Yup, standard Win10 USB would be the easy way. Make sure you have all your drivers backed (doubledriver) up just in case, or get them from the dl section. Your license should reactivate automatically (if digital license).

Mike replied to the topic X4 touch screen not working after fresh install of win10 in the forum Core M Tablets (X1,X2 and Teclast X3) 4 years, 5 months ago
AFAIK adding the kionix drivers as Sensor I/O device should work. Once you get it installed/visible in dm and the screen is still inverted you might have to tweak a registry key. If so, search for “kionix & inverted screen”.

Mike replied to the topic CHUWI LapBook Pro 8GB – I need a way to reset BIOS settings to factory defaults in the forum Chuwi LapBook Series 4 years, 6 months ago
I don’t have the Lapbook at hand, but AFAIK the sequence should be similar (if it works that is). F2: previous settings, F3:optimized, F4: save&exit. Hope it helps.

I’ve had that happen once with a tablet. Most likely overheating, overcharging or simply old age. The latter wouldn’t seem applicable in your case, but maybe the charger is faulty or did you leave it plugged in a lot?
