    well i got a tracking number (obviously it just says the item is pre-advised but yet to be picked up from the courier) but no picture of the package

    Hmm.. they sent me a picture of my package with all the spanish mail stuff, I don’t think it’s a fake.. we’ll see..

    hmm .. I ordered iWork10 on 22.mar – yesterday (2.april ~11 days) I received foto image of package and tracking number (PostNL) – but this number is untrackable yet
    we’ll see after 1-2 bussines days

    Wow so they are just shipping out now. Damn that’s slow. They have good prices but they seem to be slower than ever… Still some Aliexpress sellers are even slower.

    Look at the photo closely if you can and you’ll see if the tracking number matches. Mine always have if I can read it. Or at least I could see a PostNL or Correos PAQ72 label etc. They are the only seller that takes photos it seems, must be for their insurance?

    I’m still waiting for my EzPad 5S to ship I brought in the sale. Just got an email today to confirm my address again for DHL in Spanish, wtf. You have my address already? GB stalling??

    Yep, I looked closely to that photo, it seems 100% legit ..I will try tomorrow to see if Correos have it on its system, it haven’t yet.

    Well, it’s my first order with Gearbest (not to Asia thought) and two things, first they’re the slowest seller I’ve encountered and second, it’s the first time I see a seller sending a photo of the package.. sounds as you said, for the insurance..

    Anyway, hope you get your stuff soon without more problems, Chris.

    Well, I can see actual tracking info. <Sigh of relief>

    I can’t complain in the least for my first order from GB.  For a listing of 10-15 days, label made within 7 days and tracking within 9 days.  Granted, I did order on the tail end of the sale.  Now to see how long delivery actually takes.

    Here’s hoping everyone gets there’s soon.  (And in one piece!)

    Have your tracking information been updated?

    Although I have also informed with a specific photo that mine had been shipped on April 2, 2016 with the expedited shipping via DHL, the DHL tracking information of mine has not been updated since then, which shows only “Shipment information received” on “Saturday, April 02, 2016.” According to my previous experience with GB, the DHL tracking information had been updated one after another once the ordered item had been picked up by DHL and the item was delivered in almost 3 days from the pick up date. In that case, I think the tracking information started with the event “picked up” by DHL.

    I wonder if mine has not been even picked up by DHL yet.

    no updates here. i also don’t have any photo of the package. i think they have not shipped it yet, they just alerted DHL about it, in fact the DHL tracking site says that they’re waiting for the package to be given to them

    Thank you for your comment, Laura. My DHL tracking information has been just updated to show “Shipment picked up.” So, mine is seemed to be actually on the way.

    I am convinced yours has also been picked up by DHL.

    Same here Alex, order 23/3 and haven’t heard anything regarding the tablet. What kind of shipping did you pick? I wonder if they expedit the ones that took the express one first no matter when they ordered?

    today they said 7-15 day until they chip my hi12. i ordered 03/24 in the early morning. they have to reorder…. -.-

    This was the response I got from them after contacting them wondering when they plan to ship since it was 14 days since I placed the order

    Great so how are you supposed to know the replacement item you choose is even “in stock.” I wish “in stock” still meant “literally in stock.”
