Anyone tried Audio/Video over USB-C ?
I have and it looks like it briefly detects a second screen then disappears. I don’t think it’s working. At least not for me.

Currently testing: LG G8X & Redmi K30April 11, 2017 at 11:02 pm #65123How about the stylus? Does it wiggle when drawing lines diagonally?
They CHUWI Hi12, no matter how straight I move the stylus it wiggles a lot. My writing is terrible, sometimes unreadable… so if the stylus has improve over the hi1 Pen. Then I’m all over the hi13/hi3 stylus! 😉
April 12, 2017 at 5:54 am #65128Did anyone else’s tablet come with just an awful screen protector pre-applied? Makes the screen look so much worse. If so, any suggestions for replacements or just be free and go without the screen protector?
April 12, 2017 at 7:09 am #65129My tablet now in country, but unfortunately at customs. So need pay vat before they release it, sounds like extra 50-100€.

Hi, how about try the surfacebook protector?
April 12, 2017 at 9:04 am #65135Finlamd….So that was 88€ extra :(. Chuwi declared that parcel costs 39$, but limit is 22€ if you buy from outside EU area.
Oh well water under the bridge 🙂

GB declared my parcel cost of 20 Euro as a ‘10.2 inch Tablet’?
April 12, 2017 at 11:50 am #65148It’s not going to fit it correctly the Surface Book protectors, the issue is the bezels are different. I’m sure someone on Aliexpress will be selling one soon.

Currently testing: LG G8X & Redmi K30April 12, 2017 at 1:50 pm #65156I guess Chuwi at Aliexpress declared it as 39$, but i didn`t realize that limit is 22€. I dont think that customs never opened parcel and all custom declaration are automated so basically i decided how much i paid for the tablet. And because im a honest guy i actually i declared few Euros too much 😀
April 12, 2017 at 3:38 pm #65162Hello All,
I have the HI13 so far its a great tablet! Chris G does a great job in his videos on the hi13! His review is spot on in my opinion! However as far as glass screen protectors go, I ordered the surface book protector off of ebay. Let me start by saying I hate plastic protectors they look junky and scratch way to easily, not to mention they make the screen quality look poor. Surprisingly the surface book screen protector fit better than i thought. The Chuwi Hi13 is a bigger device then the surface book so the screen protector covers the screen completely but only about half of the borders are protected. This is fine with me because eventually i will buy screen protectors made for the hi13 when they become available. Overall I love the hi13, Aliexpress just put leather flip book cases up for it already ordered mine lol! If anyone has any questions im glad to help!
The only thing i do not like about the tablet so far is the fact i have to use the powerbrick/adapter it came with to charge, it will not charge with my powerbrick. im currently looking for another way to charge just in case i need another charger!

Regarding the charger
I looked up some amd so far the only wall charger i foind that claims to supply 12V at 2A is the new samsung 25W charger which should be possible as P=U×I =>12V×2A=24W. So it will probably be able to charge it. I will purchase it soon and will report back with the verdict. http://www.samsung.com/us/mobile/mobile-accessories/phones/25w-usb-c-fast-charging-wall-charger–detachable-usb-c-usb-cable–ep-ta300cwegus/
I also will buy a powerbank that claims to output such.
I'm not weird, I'm limited edition (~.~)
April 13, 2017 at 2:25 am #65191@Daniel @Chris and to everyone else that would like to see here are some pics of the Chuwi Hi13 with the Surface Book 13.5in tempered glass screen protector! I could have done a little better placing it on its slightly crooked but no bubbles what so ever! Overall I’m happy for now. I ordered the screen protector off of eBay. It was .26mm instead of the typical .3mm. I prefer and recommend the thinner one because as far as I can tell touch sensitivity is not affected. Overall its a wonderful protector works perfect, I just wish the protector fit better but we will have to wait for a Chui hi13 protector for that!
