@CpA
I installed your drivers but the SDXC card is not working.
Rolled back on 6.3.x drivers.

April 4, 2016 at 1:30 pm #31950Mine is really weird guys. I have it working on windows but can’t get it working on android. Android sees my 64gb samsung evo micro sd as 1.84gb. How did you all manage to get it working on android?
Could be a fake Samsung SD card?. I bought mine in China, downloaded from PlayStore SD Insight, it seems to be an authentic Samsung SDXC card.
The 1.84gb bug is a known one..happened to me too with 128GB card. Its supersu doing it.
That really sucks… My card is definitely genuine. Bought it from a reputable retail store. I guess we need to wait for the fix from Teclast?
April 4, 2016 at 2:03 pm #31953There is another workaround for the SD problem. It seems that other hardware have suffered before…
Have a look to this blog:

Lenovo finally fixed the problem via Bios update… Anyway, the workaround maybe could help…
@Nicola, the 6.3.x drivers are the slow ones, doesn’t it??…

Yes. Slow but very stable.

April 4, 2016 at 5:11 pm #31986Samsung evo+ 128gb ntfs reformated (out of the box it is exfat – good only for Windows), after bios update + Windows latest update and on mirek190 v2.1 custom rom is fine on both Windows and Android. Any clue how to mount this sd to move apps from internal sd? App2sd and similar options fail.

¿What do you mean with Windows latest update?
April 4, 2016 at 7:27 pm #32003Update made by Windows Update after first power on after unboxing ca 4 weeks ago when I received the tablet. It was massive, took an hour, maybe more.
April 5, 2016 at 12:41 am #32038I’m pretty frustrated with Teclast for their questionable QA process and lack of follow up on resolving the problem.
April 5, 2016 at 9:05 am #32077Same here :-((
I would Not recommend the Tablet, because of the sd card issue.

Yep. Shame really that they can’t (won’t?) solve it. It’s a big issue.

Anyone has contacted to teclast and/or they are any official news about this issue??
Which is the last bios version number??
As I said on other topic, Lenovo had the same or similar issue in Miix 2 8 tablet and they fixed via Bios update…

Subject: Teclast X98 Plus – General Customer Dissatisfaction Regarding: reading SDXC card.
Date: Tue, 5 Apr 2016 06:34:08 -0600Greetings,There are many people myself included that are extremely frustrated with the lack of a solution for the SDXC card reading issue on the X98 Plus. I am reaching the point unless there is some communication from your firm, with a commitment and a firm date to have the matter resolved, to begin and suggest to others that we initiate negative reviews of your firm and products.
Please review the 14 pages of comments on this issue at this URL and respond not only to me but to others.
Best Regards from a formerly excited Teclast customer,
Dean -
