I can confirm that Archlinux works on this tablet. What works: wifi, internal speakers, headphone, multitouch, external hard drives, Fn vendor keys. Somewhat works: power level detection. What doesn’t work: bluetooth.
Speakers and headphone will work if you blacklist snd_hdmi_lpe_audio.

Yes, I posted that earlier. I wonder myself how that got deleted.
Anyway, I have the newer EzBook2 with the Z8350 processor.

This should be doable by adding the following like to /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf:
blacklist snd_hdmi_lpe_audio
Once you have that reboot and verify that module snd_hdmi_lpe_audio is not loaded (lsmod | grep snd_hdmi_lpe_audio) (if it is then find a working approach to blacklist it, I don’t have Ubuntu actually). After you get it to not load, pulseaudio should run without crashing and audio should work. You may need to use pavucontrol to select speakers instead of headphones.October 5, 2017 at 3:07 pm #73062October 5, 2017 at 10:13 pm #73072thanks @brad ,,,, Now, if it works, what is necessary for me .”headphones no problem ” Gracias @brad ,,,, ahora si que funciona lo necesario para mi “usarlo con auriculares no es ningun problema para mi ” Thanks.
I would try installing Antergos (with XFCE desktop) first. Antergos is really just Arch Linux but much easier to install. If that does not work, then try Manjaro 17.05 Xfce (also based on Arch). Then if those do not work try Arch. You probably already know this. But just saying it for other people.
By the way, that guy with the Chuwi Hi12 Z8350 cherry-trail Atom tablet just today reported that the UCM config worked for him (although it uses a different audio device bytcht-es8316) now audio works on his Hi12 –> https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=189261#c97

Edit: To investigate your problem please run the alsa-info script and post a link to the uploaded output.
En ella dicen que en terminal escribir (run the following in a Terminal window):
cd ~/
wget http://www.alsa-project.org/alsa-info.sh -O alsa-info.sh && bash alsa-info.shY reportar qué se obtiene.
Publica el enlace a la información generada por el script y sube al sitio de Alsa, por ejemplo:

My issue with sound on the EzBook2 is that the left and right channels are inverted.
