January 30, 2019 at 3:44 am #150319October 8, 2018 at 12:35 am #147522Have you emailed Jumper’s support? Tell them you can’t find the files and ask them to give you a link to the files or email the files to you. Also ask them to update the site to include the drivers.
This seems to be a failing of Jumper now- early machines have the support there but they don’t seem to bother with newer ones- I’ve seen similar posts about other machines too.
October 1, 2018 at 1:45 am #147291Of course overheating can cause these kinds of error, but so can other problems of almost any type such as drivers or faulty RAM. But as you have identified heat as the possible cause then investigate temperature monitoring first. I don’t have the same machine as yours so you need to find the information for yourself.
Temperature throttling and shutdown can happen (Your processor has 5 temperature sensors), why not look at one of the temperature monitoring utilities to see if they support your processor and board? (ones I’ve used in the past for other processors/motherboards were HWMonitor and the Open Hardware Monitor). Temperatures may be shown in the BIOS. You’ll be able to get information for your processor from Intels website.Have you checked inside to see if any of the connectors have come partly loose? Reseating them may help. A quick look found EZPAD 6 PLUS 분해 조립 / TAO2KOREA which may help to get into the tablet- watch those magnets.
Opening the ezpad will let you see the processor to make sure its cooling solution is ok and undamaged.Another possibility is a problem with the RAM- there are RAM test programs to test memory.
I’m not sure which version of the 6 pro you have but the video above seems to show an internal slot for storage- check anything fitted is properly fitted too.
September 20, 2018 at 11:23 pm #147050How do you report a poster? Looking at the history of your posts it seems that you may be the seller of these accessories, saying it some posts and in others recommending a seller – could it be that you are recommending yourself?
June 25, 2018 at 4:53 pm #144168Have you looked in the BIOS for boot options? Boot order and boot from USB come to mind as possibilities of what may be there and may need setting …March 2, 2018 at 6:21 pm #119157billy bis Participant Posts: 1 hi alan have resolve reflash bios for 4s pro? thx
?? i haven’t tried to resolve a reflash issue for the 4s pro, i’ve not said that i was trying.
January 28, 2018 at 7:11 pm #77864Sadly there is a possibility that you are seeing the real battery capacity (especially as there is more than one report of this). It is not unknown for Chinese vendors to overstate battery capacities- remember that this could just be the battery manufacturer without the knowledge of the tablet manufacturer.
November 8, 2017 at 7:47 pm #74576A link to where you have seen it listed with that information for you to reach that conclusion would be helpful.
Have you looked at reviews like here?
October 13, 2017 at 2:08 pm #73368actual one (not original?) seems lower quality : i.e. http://www.dinodirect.com/magnetic-suction-keyboard-for-10-6-inch-jumper-ezpad-5se-tablet-pc-p42281826.html
In what way does it look to be ‘lower quality’? How have you judged that from the pictures? It doesn’t look to be any worse than the original one to me.
September 25, 2017 at 9:57 am #72627Get into the bios the way you did when you made the changes? Then change the things back that you changed?
September 18, 2017 at 1:22 am #72288I had problems like this with my 5se, turned out it was the memory card. It happened with one card, checking the card showed file allocation errors. After repairing it was ok for a few weeks then started happening again. Eventually it started doing the same, this time the memory card was diagnosed faulty by the test software. The card was (eventually) replaced by the retailer. Exactly the same happened with the replacement card but it lasted a little longer but this time it was sent to the card manufacturer (Sandisk). I have to say they were helpful to a point but ultimately couldn’t offer a suitable solution so I was refunded. After researching cards carefully I got a Samsung Evo+ which is more resilient than standard cards- I particularly saw the high temperature claim because the Zopo can get very hot and I think that this could have been the problem with the Sandisk cards. Anyhow the higher price for the higher spec has proved worth it- I’ve had no more issues with this Samsung Evo+ card.
Not sure if this is relevant here, if you try it you do this entirely at your own risk- you could cause permanent damage, or difficulty removing tape if it gets loose in the memory slot. I recall a problem where memory cards were being read intermittently and the answer people used was to add a single layer of sticky tape to the back of the card, the extra thickness increased pressure on the memory slot electrical contacts.
Please don’t forget to post your solution to your problem if you find one- it could help other users in the future!
September 6, 2017 at 10:30 pm #71683slowly? It depends entirely on what you will be doing with the pad and what applications and games you will run. There are faster pads if you need it, and slower pads that may be fast enough for your use. No one can give an answer to whether it will meet your needs without more information. Have you looked at the online reviews like xiaomitoday etc? Or processor info like here or processor comparisons here. But despite all reviews and comparisons the only thing that matters is what you do with the pad, is it capable of meeting your needs?
