Try and change the boot order in BIOS or hit F7 when booting so you can select your drive. Do you have both the EMMC and SSD?

December 14, 2017 at 2:23 am #75846Update
After trying everything else I went for the clean install of Windows 10. It seems a lot more responsive but the Disk Mark shows no noticeable difference from earlier posts.
The EMMc on the Jumper is still a lot faster than the Desktop it is replacing so still way ahead.
With the clean install I can seen the SSD in the Security TAB of the BIOS but it is not an option under boot order.
I get to a EUFI screen where I can select which OS to boot EMMC or SSD. I have changed the setting to 5 second pause. Is there an easy way to bypass this?
As you can see from the drives in Disk Management, the SSD lacks lacks the EFI and Recovery Partition. would my best option be to add re-partition the SSD preserving Windows 10 and clone those 2 from the EMMC?

I have the same problem as you. My SSD is a Samsung. Been asking over in this thread.
Juan suggested this.
Did not work for me but may be a solution for you.
On the Win Raid Forum Fernando has altered some Intel AHCI drivers that should work with our laptop. Plan to give that a go when I have a moment. Failing that I think I might try a clean install of Windows 10

Really interesting article. Was hoping that was it but no joy. Partition starting offset is divisible by 4096 in all partitions.

Samsung Magician sees is as a SATA 3, ACHI Mode Activated and TRIM Status enabled. Read is 281 and Write 133. Maybe I need a clean install of Win 10. I understand it will pick the key off the eMMC.

Someone else on this forum has pointed out it is dated 2006. As I have the brief Bios I might see what happens when I push the CPU/power via the software

November 28, 2017 at 4:15 am #75458Hi Carl,
Think I am in the same boat. Does it look like the attached image? Hope there is a key combo to open a hidden menu but no luck finding one yet. Bazzan

Results much lower. I fiddled with the settings under Boot to make them the same as I see on YouTube. Still no joy. I wonder if I did something with formatting & cloning. Any ideas? Bazzan
