what do you guys think about this charger it says its 12v/2a do you think it will work.

Also I contacted Chuwi via facebook and email, just to see if i could purchase another charger from them! I was told if my charger was broken i could send it in for repair. I notified them that my charger was fine i was just looking to purchase another one. I was told that they do not sell them separately which i think is pretty stupid. I hate not having multiple chargers. I also wish I could find a way to charge this in my car for long trips as a passenger it would be really nice to use in the car for vacation trips!

@Daniel @Chris and to everyone else that would like to see here are some pics of the Chuwi Hi13 with the Surface Book 13.5in tempered glass screen protector! I could have done a little better placing it on its slightly crooked but no bubbles what so ever! Overall  I’m happy for now. I ordered the screen protector off of eBay. It was  .26mm instead of the typical .3mm. I prefer and recommend the thinner one because as far as I can tell touch sensitivity is not affected. Overall its a wonderful protector works perfect, I just wish the protector fit better but we will have to wait for a Chui hi13 protector for that!

Hello All,

I have the HI13 so far its a great tablet! Chris G does a great job in his videos on the hi13! His review is spot on in my opinion! However as far as glass screen protectors go, I ordered the surface book protector off of ebay. Let me start by saying I hate plastic protectors they look junky and scratch way to easily, not to mention they make the screen quality look poor. Surprisingly the surface book screen protector fit better than i thought. The Chuwi Hi13 is a bigger device then the surface book so the screen protector covers the screen completely but only about half of the borders are protected. This is fine with me because eventually i will buy screen protectors made for the hi13 when they become available.  Overall I love the hi13, Aliexpress just put leather flip book cases up for it already ordered mine lol! If anyone has any questions im glad to help!

The only thing i do not like about the tablet so far is the fact i have to use the powerbrick/adapter it came with to charge, it will not charge with my powerbrick. im currently looking for another way to charge just in case i need another charger!

I am waiting on a powerbank i ordered it suppose to be 12v 2 a i will see if the hi13 charges with that as of right now the only way i can charge the hi13 is with the supplied power adapter if anyone finds any way of charging other than using the powerbrick it came with lemme know

Hey Chris G i have another question for you now that you have received your hi13, How is the battery life? This is one of my biggest concerns i noticed at 75 percent in your video it only stated 2 hours. On a full charge do you get 8 hours? 4hours of video streaming? im just curious what your opinion on the battery is thus far!

Great video Chris G I really enjoyed it! Quick question I noticed the tablet came with that big huge charging brick! I was wondering if I could just use my normal USB typ c to USB cord and plug that into the little phone power brick! Could you charge this way or would it ruin? Reason I’m curious is i can’t charge in my car if I have to use that brick

Still no info on my tracking but im not to worried yet because there on holiday! I am looking forward to some movement tomorrow or Thursday. I paid for dhl shipping it would be amazing if i received this weekend but probs not. Looking forward to the video Chris G! Very excited to get a better look at what I ordered! I ordered from Ali but not official store it was another seller and mine has shipped via dhl but I have not seen any movement when I input number it says doesn’t exist I’ll wait till after holiday if it doesn’t update then I’ll say something! Chris g I look forward to the review video! Also having a hard time finding a case for the tablet and screen protector I prefer the glass I don’t want to scratch the screen with the pen and from what I have seen the pen destroys the plastic protector
