No nothing happens 🙁

Hi,

I hope someone can help me with my problem.

I bought a charger for my Cube i7 Book but after plugin the USP Type-C cable nothing happens. No red light turns on. So i tried to power on the tablet but nothing happens. I unplugged the Type-C cable and tried it again. Nothing. Now I tried to charge it with the original charger but nothing happens.

Is my tablet dead now? Is it overpowered?

Yes, my 64GB USB3 flash drive works well.

I think the 2,5″ hard drive gets not enough power.

I have nearly the same problems with my 2,5″ hard drive and the mini usb 3 port.

When i want to copy a file to the pc or another drive than the drive disconnects and connects instantly again.

The same thing with video files. I start a video. After a while approximately 5-8 min it stops because the drive disconnects.

Have someone else the same problem with the mini usb 3 Port?

The usp type c port works well with an adapter =)
