Hmm… USB port the only port is USB 3.0 which requires driver & may not boot Linux image at BIOS …U can use some USB with dual ports like this: https://www.transcend-info.com/Products/No-501  …& then use TECLAST micro-usb port

So what will NOT work so don’t bother with those:

    1. Restarting & or reattaching …or booting into BIOS or safe mode ..things & combination involving aforementioned
    2. Turning of Filter Keys in accessibility section
    3. Refreshing Windows …even complete refresh (which removes your personal files & applications)

    What may work

    1. Turning off fast boot in the battery/power management section (google it)
    2. Force reinstalling HID USB input drivers (in the attachment these are two separate folders)
    3. Force reinstalling HID-compliant mouse & HID-compliant keyboard

By force reinstalling I mean right-click the INF file in each respective folder & choose Install …then refresh Device Manager …detach/attach of keyboard may be required but in my case wasn’t necessary

Screen touch issue while charging … it seems the back body develops somehow static charge which interferes with touch. While you touch back metal cover (beneath the slide stand) touch earth with your naked feet … it will earth the metallic cover … report back if this solved the issue

it seems you people have installed some Auto Driver updater program … & this has updated the touch driver that comes with it. I have faced similar issue but reverting back to original driver did the trick for me.

reply on this thread & I will attach the required driver … or you can download it from the download section at this website

I’ve got the problem but the cable was in its place, it connected. It used to works fine but now it doesn’t work Is the cable has something wrong? (picture in attachment) Last time it works was before I pressed clean the device in Clean Master I’m not sure if that delete my driver or something or maybe I put tablet in to my backpack with a case docked and my backpack dropped ?

CCleaner ! Yes last night I used it & my keyboard isn’t working @ Teclast X3 Plus Did you find any solutions
