Your tablet has old 1511 version Windows 10. You can flash Windows with new Anniversary Redstone Release Edition 1607. The script works about 10 minutes. As a result, you have got a new clean Windows 10 and left your second system (Android or Remix OS) intact. Click

    Hi Victor,

It looks like you did all that was possible in the circumstances. What prevents you to flash Windows by clean install? You can compile your own install file or use the ready-made.

Sorry, I am not English-speaking)) Regarding the countdown, you can stop it. Just press Left or Right arrow on the keyboard. Try for yourself. I do think this is not a problem and it does not the matter to flash the BIOS.

    Hi onjon,

It is very strange that you have not noticed the same countdown timer previously. Timer has always been and it does not depend on the version of the BIOS.

    Hello people,

I have suggestion for those who want to flash Anniversary Windows 10 right now by clean install. Three Install files with En-US,  Ru-RU and Uk-UA editions have been compiled and posted for public access.

    Chuwi_Hi12_Win10_1607_14393.10_(for_Dual_OS_only)_En-US.zip

    Hi Aziz,
You should reinstall Windows by Chuwi’s method. Reset Windows is not work with the tablet. It was a bad idea to do this.

Peter, you have provoked me to compile the installation file. In fact that you are so much wanted is quite possible. I have successfully edited install.wim of installation Win10 Home x64 en-us 1607 10.0.14393.0 (it’s RTM ESCROW of Redstone 1), adding a few files from Chuwi and replace the original one in Chuwi’s installation file. As a result, I have successfully flashed Win10 Anniversary, then install all drivers, but during the installation had to kill Android because I faced with the problem that is described in this thread. I did not have time to look for another way to work around this error, but I think at the second attempt, I will correct it.
So the method of compiling the Chuwi’s installation file is quite suitable for installation with a pure untouched install.wim

    Peter,

To replace instal.wim is possible in principle. But it needs to edit scripts and integrate missing files in the install.wim file. This work is not for a regular user. What’s the point of this? Just wait 2016 Anniversary upgrade.

Swithin, you can hear a sound in Windows if you connect any USB device. But apparently, your Windows do not load. Therefore, it is possible to try to flash OS.

Fred, of course it was successfully repeated more than once. Just read this thread.
