I shut down my tablet with Windows. After the tablet was shut down, I wanted to restart. Nothing, no orange LED, no BIOS screen. So I wrote VCLemon (vcMall) and they gave me 3 options:

1. Ship back + New Tabler + Seller pays shipping fee (about 60$)
2. Ship back + Refund + Seller pays 20$ shipping fee
3. Keep it + 20$ refund

What should I choose? And what can I do with my data on my tablet? I wan’t to erease before shipping back, any idea?

I installed the windows with all the drivere which I provided in the forum. But my camera does not work, how about others?

Is it normal that my tablet looses about 60% when I don’t use it for about 24h?

First I extracted only the none Microsoft Drivers. Touchscreen didn’t work. So I restored to Chuwi Backup and extracted all drivers. Now my touchscreen is working. Should I upload them or do you have a backup? 🙂

//Edit: In my view, this driver is missing the most. But I don’t know if it’s working if you only restore this. I restored all drivers.

I can’t say for sure. But the tablet does restart and screen is on. And while it’s on no flickering…will report in a few hours again 😉

Yes it is 64-Bit….I think it is a driver problem, because I’ve watched a Youtube video again. Then again black screen but the driver restartet and windows told me that the Intel Driver has been restartet… 🙂
