    Hi onjon,

    I have a Hi12 and keyboard – my problem is the top casing has cracked. If you are not using your keyboard would you be interested in selling it? I’m in the UK.

    I managed to solve this.

    I tried two things – roll back the driver in Device Manager, and downloaded the Intel battery management drivers from the Intel website.

    I can’t be sure which cured the problem, it’s a while ago now.

    I attach the Intel driver cab file.

    My keyboard was just like yours, with the loose screws particularly on the hinge.

    5 minutes with a little Phillips screwdriver, and it’s much improved!

    When it boots up, you don’t use the touchscreen to select OS. You use the volume up or down key to select. Caught me out too!
