    this is not hardwarw problem but yesterday when I was on the trip I took my chuwi with bluetooth keyboard and now I have 5 severe scratches from buttons 🙁 🙁 who could have known …. I just hope its protective glass on the to

    I managed to fix it by holding power button and volume down till it shuts down after restart it works perfectly

    same problem here but shut down doesnt work any ideas on how to fix this?

    I experience a new problem te other day I forced  shut down of my tablet and after that when I press volume up it blinks once, if I press volume down it goes into ctrl+alt+del sleep mode and after pressing power button I get the slide to shutdown PC thing… :O

    some other issues I noticed the other day my wifi and bluetooth keyboard werent working so I had to restart and it was ok… second thing I left my tablet untouched for few hours and when I wanted to turn it on the screen was just black with light underneath and I had to put it on charge and then restart

    Mine shuts down when I connect external HDD via USB 3.0 port, charges slowly takes like 3 hours to fully charge (using samsung charger)

    Mine was ordered at 4th of december came 30th of december aliexpres second batch 64bit win, blue USB 3.0 port … working fine, came with bluetooth keyboard not docking official though :((

    I got an email that my chuwi hi 10 is shipped but it´s fake DHL number I also contacted the seller and they said  ´´ok cancel because still out of stock´´ but I cant now cause its been shipped already (aliexpress SICHUANG TECHNOLOGY CO.,LIMITED)
