I tried to download the 4 files found on this website in the download section. Unpacked all files to USB stick, checked it on another PC but X98 Pro is not starting up from this USB stick due to the fact that the OTG port and USB hub (external powered) don’t recognize any external device.

    Pfffffff…….

    Please help!

The system is clean installed succesfull. After reboot the system is asking for a login password, but because of the screen driver the screen is reversed. I tried to load the driver, but none of the interfaces are working. The OTG port is not working. The USB Hub attached to the OTG port is not working. The external USB port is not working. The SDCARD is recognized, but only when I tried to reset the password. Then is system is checking the SDCARD and tells me that the Password file is not valid on the SDCARD.

Please advise how to fix this tablet.

Cannot add a keyboard so I did not get into the BIOS yet.

Can you help me by posting the Original image of windows 10?!

After a fresh win 10 version 1809 (october version) the touch section dont work normal. The touch sometimes freezes or dont react at all. Using the pencil function on a page the lines are not fluent and at screen bottom a block is missing. Opened the unit and reseated the flat cables to the screen but still not good.

Yes I did the drivers, but hope you can make a full backup of a original obook 11 pro.

    Look forward,

    Very simplex to fix:

Download drivers on this website from Onda obook 11

    Download double driver

Run double driver in admin mode

    Select Restore drivers

Find the driver pack for Obook11

    Select only audio

    Restore

    You’re done

It’s Nice to change these parameters as long as your happy to be back to the future! The performance drops to unacceptable levels and the tablet is laggy!

    Thanks to Eloi:
You need to add máximum and minimum processor state in your power options

    1. Download this file (.reg file)

    https://mega.nz/#!mp0U1TpT!1nAJxbwUAiv8e–QTwqyNePItZ_aFmTkx2X66RyesiE

    AND THIS ANOTHER:

    https://mega.nz/#!vtMGiBhb!86QGYVwN0hqm0w8fcHwn-jN_Fun6lAdVJqUc_iYcrKY

    2. Runs and install the two files (say yes to all questions )

    3. Reboot

4.Go to Control Panel > Power Options Click on “Change plan settings” next to the plan that is currently selected.
Click on “Change advanced power settings”
select Processor Power Management and click the + to expand.
you will see two sub óptions ”mínimum processor state” and ”maximun processor state”

    5. máximum processor state change the values to 50 %

    6. mínimum processor state change the values to 15%

    7. save changes reboot and enjoy.

Tried the cpu state for max 50% and min 15% utilization. Tablet looks bit less faster, but runtime not clear yet. Just installed it yesterday and will test 1 week before I can conclude what’s better.

The duration of the battery looks netter, but It might Be because of regelaar use. Maybe the battery must stabilize over time. For now I have 3 – 4 hours runtime if I’m lucky. Compared to others this tablet is a crime.

Please find the intel update utility for our cpu and let the utility work for you. It will find the latest driver package and it looks to solve a lot of our issues.

Go to intel website and find support under z8500 cpu.

The default win 10 installation will give you the old drivers and may cause the power consumption. My unit now runs +/-2 watt at normal use and 25% screen brightness.
