It’s been a while since I have had one but from memory you need to go into device manager and on the items that have a question mark or some sort of mark showing they are not installed, right click on them and chose update driver then if the automatic option doesn’t work, point to the folder where you have put the drivers and install from there.
I found it easiest to just put all the drivers into a folder on the desktop and then they are easy to locate and they will automatically be installed to the correct place, then you can delete the folder on the desktop

January 27, 2016 at 7:56 pm #24033Hi
When I received mine some of it was in English, most of it was Chinese though. I reinstalled windows with the windows option under control panel being suspicious of it. Once reinstalled it was all in Chinese, but you can watch a you tube video showing how to download a language pack it shows you step by step so you can follow it even through you dont know what your doing because the tablets in Chinese. Once this is done you need to make English the primary language, its pretty straight forward once you have download the language pack. Then just make sure all the language options are turned to English and it works mint.
Once you have reinstalled windows then you can enter your own Microsoft account and away you go!!
Hope this helps
