Yeh thanks man, I’m not sure how to open it though. Do you know of any guide? Or can you walk me through it?

I don’t think it’s that Siu Lay, I’ve only been using the charger that came with it and it happened when I was trying to boot of a USB stick. It came up with a “ACPI Bios Error” and blue screen. Then wouldn’t turn back on.

Oh my god, you hit the nail on the head. I haven’t tried it yet but I bet it will work…

It is a type C unit, I can’t believe I didn’t think of that before.

Thanks mate I’ll let you know how I go.

Nope the touch screen still becomes unresponsive when it comes back from sleep or after 5 minutes with the screen turned off.

I’ve tried stopping the device from being turned off in device manager under power settings but it doesn’t seem to be working.

Has anyone else had this issue?

It wasn’t happening when I first got the tablet but now after I have reinstalled windows it’s become a problem.

OK so it appears to be a driver issue… I would use the downloads section to get the drivers but the link doesn’t work..

Hi just wondering if anyone can link me to the official drivers download for windows 10, I’ve managed to restore windows 10 but the touchscreen doesn’t work and I’m assuming it’s missing drivers…

The downloads section gives me an error.
Warning: array_map(): An error occurred while invoking the map callback in/home/techtablets/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpfb-google-drive/GoogleDriveSync.phpon line 361

Thanks for your help!

Yeh I had a few issues with it loading the USB1 stick, had to reformat it a few times and I didn’t use a usb hub… don’t understand how/if that makes any difference but I ended up using one and bam, it loaded up!

Now I have an issue with the touchscreen not working… I’m installing the updates and hoping it fixes it. If anyone else has had this issue and fixed it please let me know.

I’ll keep you updated. Thanks!
