Finally i replaced the batteries with these: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/L552-3-7V-6000mAH-4212078-PLIB-Polymer-lithium-ion-Li-ion-battery-LG-cell-for/32531318879.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.12e04c4dKXygv5

But everyone else’s in battery bar shows 48.000 mWh and mine is 36.480 mWh.

Is something wrong here? Is a bad battery again?!

Why the eMMC disappeared? From the first boot i disabled the windows updates from services and since then was working perfectly with no issues, and one day this happened…

I’m really frustrated, and still waiting for the battery to replace lol…

I have the same exact problem! I haven’t changed anything, not updated anything/installed, and was working perfectly fine with no problems! When i opened it the next day it could’t boot into windows, only in the repair/service blue area of windows 10, which i couldn’t find a solution and couldn’t be repaired no matter what i’ve tried.

    Although i found a solution, but it’s a bit unorthodox…

I can’t press anything when the laptop firstly boots but rather wait until the repair/service area to appear with the windows 10 options. Then i choose the repair with UEFI bios, the laptop restarts, then i can press del or esc to enter bios. In the boot options there are two Windows boot manager and one UEFI.

The eMMC has disappeared, so i just select the first boot with Windows boot manager then the second the UEFI and hit save & exit.

Then the laptop bypasses the repair area, and opens in Windows 10 normally like before.

Anyone knows what happened? I haven’t touched anything, and i had no problems so far…It just happened very unexpectedly!

Is there a solution for this?

That’s better for you, because now you have more time to open a dispute. The seller is serious (if you bought from the same seller euplio suggested) so you will probably receive the batteries later on. There are a lot of restrictions on the transportation of batteries, so I guess the speed of my shipment is an exception, not the rule. Just be patient!

Oh great! He sent me a message that the parcel returned back to him…Damn it! I’ll re-order again..

And no stock of the Japan Cell at the moment…. Only these: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/L552-3-7V-6000mAH-4212078-PLIB-Polymer-lithium-ion-Li-ion-battery-LG-cell-for/32531318879.html

    This is so great…..

Yeah can’t remember if it was registered or not.

But recently i’ve received a mail from them, changing this rule: 1. If your order does not arrive…..you can apply for a refund by opening a dispute. And it changed from 11-01 to 12-01.

Anyway, ill post an update when i install them…

I’ve just received the batteries from China. Just two weeks to reach Italy. I’d say it’s been very very fast! Mounting them is another story, though ?

Mine are travelling from 1st of September, and they showed up in Estonia at 26/9. Still waiting and waiting….

I’ve provided them a video with the problem, and they’re telling me that is invalid…They asking pictures also…

Is there any difference between the 3.7v and 3.8v? Which is the right to choose?

I’m attaching a pic of the battery inside.

Yeah it really sucks that the battery is so bad, and the whole laptop is good for traveling etc…if it had a usb-c i could charge it with my powerbank…

hmmm so i should order 2 of these right? https://es.aliexpress.com/item/L552-3-7V-6000mAH-4212078-PLIB-Polymer-lithium-ion-Li-ion-battery-LG-cell-for/32531318879.html?shortkey=b6JBfMny&addresstype=600

    Hello all!

Couple of days ago i received my  Jumper Ezbook 3 pro, but unfortunatelly didn’t know that it had this issue with its battery…

So i did noticed after 3 complete discharges/charges that the battery drains so fast, like in 20-30mins was at 60%! With normal use, no games etc.

I opened the backlid to check if the battery was connected and it wasn’t entirelly….i put it back and fixed it, but the problem remained the same! It charges at almost 3-3:30 hours and discharges completely almost at 3-4. Isn’t this supposed to hold around 8-9 hours of normal use? The battery is 4500mAh 32.4Wh….

I’ve also contact gearbest and told them the problem and they want a proof/video/picture etc.

What are my options here? Refund and buy battery like this one? https://es.aliexpress.com/item/L552-3-7V-6000mAH-4212078-PLIB-Polymer-lithium-ion-Li-ion-battery-LG-cell-for/32531318879.html?shortkey=b6JBfMny&addresstype=600

Edit: Wow… battery last night was at 43% before i shut it down, and right now when i opened it is at 16%.
