Has anyone managed to download the A1 Plus Ultimate install package including W10 iso from myvoyo website?
I tryed, but the files are hosted in yunpan.cn website. I can’t download withou an account and without a chinese phone number it seems to be impossible to register a new account.
I’ve installed windows 10 english version, but the touchscreen is not working well, even if I delete and install the drivers. When I touch the screen it flashes randomly as if I was touching many different point simultaneously.

When you go to make an account, I was able to change the country to USA and use my own phone number to make an account. Easy. Got a text with a verification code all in Chinese, but the number I had to enter into the website was in numbers and I used them. Boom done. Downloaded.
I never used it, recommend fresh install of Windows 10.
just remember to right click and translate 😉
March 28, 2016 at 11:31 am #31101Thanks for this thread, it has been very helpful in installing a fresh copy of Windows 10 on it.
One thing that’s really annoying me is the edge swipe gestures when using the touchpad. Does anyone have a way to disable those? I can’t find anywhere in regedit where they are represented, and messing with the PrecisionTouchpad settings in regedit has no effect.
March 28, 2016 at 5:35 pm #31126The swipe gestures can all be modified in the Windows 10 settings (Thats what I had done on my other lap top last August).
March 29, 2016 at 1:02 am #31177Are you sure this applies to the Voyo as well? The problem seems to be that since the Voyo doesn’t have a Precision Touchpad, these settings are not enabled. I have found these settings in regedit, but changing them has no effect.
The only available settings I have are:
Mouse and touchpad:
– Primary button
– Number of lines to scroll
– Roll inactive windows
– Touchpad delay
– Other mouse optionsMouse properties:
– Buttons
— Switch primary and secondary button
— Double click speed
— Click lock
– Cursors
– Cursor settings
– Wheel
– HardwareMarch 29, 2016 at 4:38 pm #31280Kristoffer, I can’t confirm it is in the settings of Windows 10. I just know for my other computer ($300 asus laptop) that I was able to turn off swipes in the settings. It was about 8 months ago so I don’t recall exactly how I had turned it off.

Hello,
I don’t seem to be able to get my camera or mic working. I’ve only tried with the default Windows app though. No exclamation marks on my device manager, so every driver should be ok!
Any advices? Thanks
EDIT: Got camera to work… Was under unknown devices. Still don’t have mic though. Any ideas?
May 30, 2016 at 7:49 am #39103I received my Voyo A1 last week and managed to install a new Windows 10 on it, thanks to this forum..:-). Now I still miss Android, is there any topic that explains how to install Android on the device?
many thanks!

June 3, 2016 at 4:00 pm #39722I have a Voyo A1 Plus with new installed windows 10, but still some challenges to fix:
- Battery charging takes like 10 hours and the device will only charge if it’s on and open
- Camera drivers are not working. They are installed and it looks like they are OK, but still no cam
- Starting Windows takes ages; I press the start button and have to wait for 2 minutes (or more).
Help is most welcome.. 🙂 Jan-Marc

Jan-Marc i also have that problem it only charges when it’s on or on sleep mode. have you figured out the camera and windows startup issues yet after fresh install of win10 home?
June 9, 2016 at 11:15 am #40338For the charging issue… Try going in the device manager and uninstalling the battery and the AV adapter… I forget what their called, but their towards the top of the devices. Then scan for hardware changes… They should reinstall. Check your battery icon on bottom right of screen. Hope this fixes your problem. I’ve heard you have to do a few power cycles for it to read the time left accurately.
June 9, 2016 at 3:03 pm #40355Hi,
I have Voyo A1 Plus Ultimate and I’ve destroyed USB 🙁 with failed powered USB Hub.
Specification says that it contains 2x USB 3.0 but it is not true. Only USB 2.0 are available. But not for me now 🙁
So USB is not working, integrated keyboard and touchpad are not working and drivers are not visible in Windows. BUT microSDcard reader is OK and USB 3.0 driver is still visible in Windows. Is it possible that USB 3.0 is really included? I opened this device but I’m not able to find any USB 3.0 interface.
Any idea how to fix my USB problem?
