My experience with VC mall is pretty good. They had faulty initial sets, so they delayed their shipment .

Thank you for your reply. Do u recommend running clonezilla within windows or using bootable disk/USB?I have already prepared clonezilla boot USB but dont know how to get boot menu. Any idea?..thanks…

when you cancell dispute, it will not end your prtection. you will be having few more days of purchase protection or you can open dispute again and ask seller to extend protection time. Today i did same.

After a much anticipation i recieved my chuwi hi10 by DHL today. I got 64 bit OS. Also it has USB 3 which is in blue colour.I bought from VC mall, Aliexpress.

As of now everything working fine. Screen and touch is good. For that price 169$ its worth to buy.

They (VC mall)are big lier. I won bluetooth keyboard and they have confirmed me that. But they did not send me keyboard. SO i am opening Dispute.

Yes dear, i got same reply from VCmall..today i had chat with them, they agreed that some issue was there. i have got DHL tracking no on 14th Dec, but not updated in DHL site untill today.i dont want to cancell order bcz i have won keyboard free as early bird purchase on 27th nov.

Same thing happened with me. I purchased on 27th nov(Aliexpress), after 2 time extension of shipping period finally i got tracking which is of DHL dated 14th Dec. untill today there is no update in DHL website, so it looks like fake tracking No. After a big wait seller come in contact in chat, also he agreed that due to checking of all item before sending it is delayed. eagerly waiting for item
