did you find any?
August 27, 2018 at 8:47 am #145848@kazudi / Sebastian: The two patches are still up on 4pad but you have to sign in to download both patches. Anyhow I uploaded both patches (thx & credits to arkan49) .

If you’re looking for a way to register at 4pad use a browser with a translate plugin (e.g. Chrome) and follow this tutorial https://doorsgeek.blogspot.de/2015/08/4pdaru-loginregister-captcha-tutorial.html I tested the latest version “lineage-13.0-20180224-UNOFFICIAL-KonstaKANG-chuwi_vi10plus.zip” with patch_cm-13.0-Cubei15T.zip and its working fine including deep sleep
great, thanks.. I’m also going to try this version; if the deep sleep issue is gone it will be perfect!

hi there, maybe one of those patches is for Deep Sleep issue? I found it to be greatest issue on this ROM..
November 1, 2017 at 5:35 pm #74259hi, I solved the gapps issue by siply mounting system aprtition from Mount menu in TWRP after rebooting; so mount system, flash rom, reboot recovery, mount system again, flash gapps.
I personally don’t care about camera issue so I did not investigate but I guess it’s related to some original cube kernel blob not available in the Chuwi one..
What annoys me most is the deep sleep issue and the battery stats missing. No deep sleep means the tablet is always using huge amount of battery even when the screen is off, so the battery could completely discharge during the day without even using it! About the battery stats, well basically I don’t see what apps and services are using most battery.. I’m attaching screenshots of both issue..
EDIT: about camera issues, I found this from original developer ISSUES section of the rom…

You must be logged in to view attached files.September 23, 2017 at 6:12 pm #72549don’t to anything from Windows (or go on reading 😀 ), just follow the guides and those programs should have an option to see the name of partition or at least the number. Don’t remove anything of the ones I noted before.
You can remove the option from the boot by simplt launchig SWTCHNow.exe, pressing Cancel and then you should have that option to choose what appears in the bootloader.
In the guides they also say to use Macrium Reflect that backup every single byte of every single partition (and the partition table, indeed) in case ytou need it alter; also there are official dual OS firmwares (both widows both Android included; search for it); last but not least if you are compelted lost in the process you could alwasy download an iso and install windows like on a PC (note that in this case you should lost your legit registration code, not sure here but it could happens).
Firmwares available when I did stuff on mine were: i15-T, i15-TD (mine is i115-TCL but alwasy used TD because iot’s the same hardware): search if someone provided your firmwares but if you backup with Macrium Reflect and store partition img file somewhere you’re alwasy safe and don’t need nothing else.
Also please note that if you are not confortable on starting this process you can simply:
- delete the 8 GB patition form Windows Disk Manmager
- delete 256 MB and 2,5 GB near the 8 GB one (read below)
- Create a NTFS/FAT32 partition in that space and assign that partion a letter like D: It would be just lie on a PC you make two partitons one for System one for Data.
Later on with USB GParted or PArtion Manager or what else you could adjust size removinig some space from one and giving to another one.. At the end of the journey the 8 GB is the one with more space; the other with significant sapce is the android_system one that is 2.5 GB.
So, to recap: if you dfon’t want to mess around and don’t need every single MB available you could remove partition 7, 8, 9 – that is the one 2,5 GB, the one direclty to the right and the one to the right again, 8 GB

on the free space available after deleting those 3 partition create a new one, fomrat and assign a number.
Now use it as you prefer or boot up GParted, Partion Manager, Ease from USB and merge to C: or adjust size.. you will lose a few MB of the other partitions but they are not so big.. they are really small I would say. But you’ll stay safe at 100%. Android will not boot 😀
EDIT: sorry the post is a little bit confusing but I hope still understandable 😉

/android_boot -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p3
/android_bootloader -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p1
/android_bootloader2 -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p2
/android_cache -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p8
/by-name/android_config -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p11
/android_data -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p9
/android_metadata -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p6
/android_misc -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p5
/by-name/android_persistent -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p10
/android_recovery -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p4
/android_system -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p7Anyway I jut made a quick search on Google and I found that people suggest to use external program booted from USB instead of using Windows itslef, so I’ll link them to you:
How to delete Android and merge partitions in Windows for more space
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=61774590&postcount=140
September 23, 2017 at 11:34 am #72531You have basically two options:
1. Reinstall windows from scratch
2. Use partition manager (or the Windows integrated Disk Manager) to remove android partitions (they have all name like android_SOMETHING) but the only one with significant space used is android_data – and then merge the free space with windows partition using the same programs
September 16, 2017 at 5:37 pm #72208well guys, I’m crying!
that is awesome! the rom works great excpet – as reported already – camera stock:
- photos have the two classic vertical green bands of bad/wrong camera blobs
- front camera is 180° angle
videos works fine. Well I don’t know if someone really use the cameras here, I never so I personally don’t care about it but I’m looking if I can fix it somehow taking files and drivers from TCL stock. Also I’m pretty sure that video call would work fine but still had not ime to try.
I’m also making a zip for personal use changing reference into the build.prop to Chiwu brand and using my own boot mod and recovery just in case.
Oh I also tried official xposed framework and it works like a charm! Just use the latest (v87) x86 API23 framework from rovo89 repo..
ROM requires gapps you could download from this direct link: http://www.opengapps.org/?arch=x86&api=6.0&variant=stock – don’t change Platform and Android version fields, but if you want another variant package pick it, I personally use Stock with a gapps-config file so to not isntall stuff I don’t need on tablet like Fitness, Wear, etc etc
EDIT: I always use Lux Auto Brightness or Twilight to change brigthness into my tablets because I read a lot here and I can lower it to -50 and more at night, so I dont’ remeber if adaptative brighness does work in stock rom, could you please tell me? Here it works
September 16, 2017 at 3:42 pm #72202anyway here is the link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0023zr-Ed9GSXFxX0JoT2w1ZVU/view
I’m going to flash it asap; I just totally removed Windows because I never used it (most of the time when using Windows the disc was on 99% usage and it ws soooooooo slow) and now all space is for my beloved Android. I made a backup of my personal rom so I can restore all the apps and data in case LOS 13 should work bad, but I’m very excited to be able to try it!
November 29, 2016 at 7:26 pm #57850Thanks, did download that software but nothing showed up, only had the option to make a backup of the existing drivers… but well… those are broken already ;x. Maybe someone could make a backup with that tool from working drivers on this tablet with the current version of windows :X, I would be so happy. Thanks anyway ^^.
really?
weird.. is not like in this video?
November 29, 2016 at 7:24 pm #57849yep you are right, I meant “stock”.. 😀
what I’m tryin to say is that with a 2.1 charger voltages are around 800mA, with a 1.8 they are even lower but going u and down; with the charger seller sent me (two times the same, I asked for a replacement) voltages are around 1.240 up to 1.400..
so I fear that not all chargers charge at same voltages..
btw as long as I noticed, I never reached 1.8mA with any charger! 🙁
November 28, 2016 at 6:29 pm #57739no one tried Viper? It’s available both for Android both for Windows..
November 28, 2016 at 6:19 pm #57737to me it mostly happens when the charger is attached to the tablet.. Nothing that worry me by the way, I guess it’s “normal”. Maybe I don’t understand your words but it seems you said something like shut down the tablet and after 30 minutes (for example) it’s hard to boot.. in that case, no it’s not normal.. It could be that the Power rocker is not very sensitive, try to press it deeply.. for example sometimes when I’m on Android I press the button to shut down, the power options windows opens, I release the button and immediately the screen goes off (not shutdown, just screen off), like I pressed the button two times: in my case I guess the rocker is a little unstable, or some sort of false contact, don’t know..
Don’t use the volume rockers with the Power button, it’s useless and it will make you boot the bootloader (power and volume down) or DNX mode (pressing all 3 buttons together).
On a side note, please remember that pressing the Power rocker for 10 seconds basically forced the tablet to shut down (can’t say what happens when it is already shut down), while pressing for 30 seconds it’s a boot reset (after you’ll see the chinese logo booting 4 times before the dual OS choice); naturally not an OS reset, all data and apps will still be there..
November 28, 2016 at 6:07 pm #57735did you tried installing driver from DoubleDriver backup in the Downloads folder here in this site? —> http://techtablets.com/downloads-drivers-roms/
never done it but I think you would need the double driver software, but maybe not 😉
November 28, 2016 at 4:46 pm #57720LOL 120%? never saw something like that!
My personal suggestion: let the tablet discharge at -20% ( 😀 I mean until you can’t boot it anymore, nor Android nor Windows) and then charge it in the night while the tablet is still OFF. In the morning you’ll see the led not blinking anymore.. Remove the charger and boot the tablet to OS you prefer; once booted attach the charger once again and leave it again for an two hours max. Let it discharge again and repeat the process. Do it two times max and see if it helps..
On a side note, you could try using a specific software both on Widnows both on Android to see the voltage reached by the battery.. That % number is nothing but a convention, the important thing is the total voltage reached.
