Using mine for about 6 months now, batter wear at 10% but IIRC it didn’t change from the first time I receive it. Using it almost everyday for work, game, movies.
February 9, 2017 at 9:11 am #61921Most electronic stuffs are inspected here (Indonesia), even when I use expedited shipping (DHL). Probably (one of the reasons) due to a lot of Chinese sellers declare low value of the package to lower/avoid tax. I have bought 3 tablets and 1 phone from China so far and the taxable amount is always close to the real price while the seller declares them $50 or so.
February 9, 2017 at 3:54 am #61907Is anyone getting ghost touch while charging through the type-c port? I think I read about it somewhere in the forum but can’t recall if we’ve found the root of the problem.
I’m using Tronsmart U5P, it charges fine (2 hours or so to full charge). When I plug it in, in 15-30 first minutes if I touch the screen it will register about 10 touches vertical to the point that I touch, from top to bottom of the screen. After a while it became normal though, and mouse usage is not affected by this. Is it because of the different voltage? The charger specifies 5V/3A, 9V/3A, 15V/2A for the USB PD port, not 12V.

February 9, 2017 at 3:40 am #61905Banggood is known to send tablets without their original box/packaging. I only bought one time from banggood and it was sent in a steroform box. As for seals they are usually opened by seller to check and/or install the tablet, or they are cut by customs when inspecting the product.
January 27, 2017 at 1:37 pm #61082Not everytime I game, but usually when I do something (watching movie, etc).
January 27, 2017 at 4:16 am #61021Posted similar issue few weeks back: https://techtablets.com/forum/topic/bluetooth-suddenly-stopped-working/
It’s still happening to me sometimes when CPU is maxed (gaming) for some time (probably due to high temp). Sometimes just a restart will fix it, sometimes I need to change Bluetooth service in services.msc from Automatic to Automatic (delayed) [or vice versa] then restart. When all is failed, I just let it cool down for some time and it just works after a boot/restart.
January 18, 2017 at 4:27 am #60597If your HDD has a DC in port, try using it to add power. I don’t think power is the problem, but it’s worth a shot.
January 18, 2017 at 4:13 am #60596I can confirm the following charger works: Tronsmart Model U5P
My local shopee was having a promotion so I bought it and it works on my Cube i7. Now I just need to bring 1 charger for my tablet and phone.
January 13, 2017 at 6:51 am #60337Did you try using the HDD on other laptop/PC?
I always connect my 1TB seagate on the keyboard USB and never have any problem.
January 3, 2017 at 2:47 am #59719Ok, I fixed this. For whatever reason, Bluetooth Support Service didn’t start on my tablet, hence Bluetooth was not showing on Device Manager. I simply access windows Services (run -> services.msc) and set Bluetooth Support Service to automatic, then restart. No driver or other changes needed. I can now pair with my bluetooth devices.
As for the “Unkown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)”; I have no idea what is causing it. Uninstalling doesn’t do any good and I don’t even know which/what device it is about. It’s still showing even without any extra accessories attached to the tablet.
January 1, 2017 at 10:46 am #59631Well, yeah apparently I forgot to turn on system restore so I don’t have that…
Where/How exactly do I uninstall the current bluetooth driver? I can’t find it in Device Manager. I’d like to try to reinstall it.
December 21, 2016 at 1:44 pm #59031@mrobi thanks for the info. It’s so hard to find a charger with USB PD here (Indonesia), but I do see some selling a hub with USB PD. I thought I could use it with Lenovo USB charger 12v 2A, but I seems that I can’t… so I guess I have to import it then…
December 21, 2016 at 2:40 am #59014Hey, guys. I read the whole thread and I see I would need USB PD to charge using the type-c port. If I use USB hub with power delivery, what charger should I use to power the hub? Do I need charger with USB PD too or any charger (with sufficient power ofc) is fine as long as the hub itself is USB PD?
October 31, 2016 at 7:29 pm #56172Dammit, I just ordered a few days ago from GB. They’ve just shipped out the keyboard but not the tablet. It would be awkward to receive a keyboard without the tablet to use it with…
edit: the tablet is now shipped. Got a text from DHL both shipments are estimated to arrive on Nov 3rd. let’s see… 🙂
