    I have noticed the clock issue a few times.

    I tried to use ampere also and it did not report however if you leave mine long enough it is charging. It takes several hours for sure. Are you getting a charge icon?

    I also noticed not battery stats and had started a post about it here

    It would seem Teclast have supply issues on this model. Your best beat would be AliExpress sellers http://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/ZnUfa6yVJ and ask and see if they have stock. I haven’t got my Gearbest refund yet.

    I always said i when the cherry trails came out with a dual boot i was going to get one.

    Is this the one to get or is another make/model on the horizon that would be a better purchase?

    Just got an email from paypal that gearbest refunded my money.

    My follow up question is who or where can i buy this thing that it would ship quickly?

    Really!? They will not refund you? I have also asked for a refund after waiting over 2 weeks I’ve had enough. If they don’t refund you open a PayPal dispute and you’ll see that refund pretty quick I think. It’s now National Holidays in China so replies will be slower than normal, like our Xmas period.

    My initially ticket they said i had two options wait or store credit. I have since messaged them 3 times with no response. I have already opened a dispute with Paypal but was told they have 10 days to provide a tracking number.

    Which means i don’t dare by it somewhere else or i might end up with two.

    Very very disappointed in GearBest.

    I called Paypal and opened a dispute. Although Paypal said they have till the 10th to provide a tracking number. Is there a better way to cancel this order? As it stands now i cant buy from another location or i may end up with two tablets.

    I got the same line of BS from GearBest…. Pissed off… Will cancel as soon as i have a chance.

    I bought mine from gearbest on 9/17/2015 and they had it labeled as ships within the week. I opened a ticket today as it has been over one week. I will post what they say.

    This kind of trickery really grinds my gears.

    100% Teclast mentioned it themselves on their Weibo account (Chinese Twitter equivalent) The Surface Pro will still be a faster machine, and those type keyboards are very handy to have.

    Man that dual boot feature makes it feel like an upgrade but that windows side of things make it feel like a side grade :/ what to do, what to do…..
