Wow, I didn’t think I would get such a quick reply, that was super helpful, finally I can replace my charger (and about time too since it’s starting to produce smoke and a burnt smell :/ ) thanks Daniel, you’re a champ! 🙂

Would something like this work? (I still haven’t found a charger for the AU style plug since the last time I posted…I can’t stand using an adapter because it’s too flimsy but this will have to do since they only make US/EU ones by default…)
May 28, 2017 at 4:58 am #67515I need this too, can’t even type a word document without stopping every 10 words to reopen the app due to accidentally triggering gestures.
May 22, 2017 at 9:49 pm #67339Does anyone know any chargers for the AU (Australia) plug? I would really appreciate it if someone can help me find one…been looking all over but it’s all EU or US…Thank you in advance! ?
May 6, 2017 at 11:54 pm #66626Yeah funny how it’s even worst than the audio on my iPhone 6. I often find myself connecting the sound to a Bluetooth speaker or just using headphone to evades the horrible croaky speakers, also resonance feels unbalanced.

April 26, 2017 at 3:16 am #66071Hello all, I joined the forum as I am looking at buying one of these tablets and have watched several reviews over recent days of all the popular current large screen tablets. I have bought 4 phones from Chinese sellers over the past couple of years and had problems with 2 of them, but not bad enough to bother trying to send them back… but what bothers me about spending some serious money on something like this (well, serious for me!) is that if it packs up, you really are screwed! How are you going to send it back to China and even if they do receive it and say you can have a replacement, what would the turnaround be, 6 weeks? Anyone got any experience of that?
An honest opinion from a university student. I’m always very cautious and spend my time very wisely reading reviews and looking at sellers overall rating (comments, feedback etc) before I make a purchase. These chinese devices are very affordable and perfect for someone on a shoe lace budget like me.
I’ve made nearly a hundred purchases (from $2-$700 range) over the past few years on Aliexpress, never had a problem besides one time a seller on there sent me the wrong phone colour which I had to pay return shipping for but got my full refund. Overall the whole process took over a month with me stressing over the fact that I had lost my money along with the phone for good but the seller was reputable with majority of their feedback being positive. Customer service is very bad when it comes to refunds and returns and replies can be delayed for days. Their English isn’t the best so sometimes their replies gets lost in translation. It can get annoying but they are polite. One of the good things is shipping is always very fast, usually a day after you make your payment. One of the downsides is Aliexpress not accepting PayPal so you can’t always be sure, Gearbest and Banggood covers PayPal but I’ve never made purchases on there to know if they are any better.
Bought my Hi13 along with the keyboard and stylus for around $399 from the official Chuwi store on Aliexpress. DHL shipping included. Pretty decent deal I’d say. This was during the 7th Anniversary sales.

(from AliExpress Android)I was actually considering buying this for the back of my Hi13. Hmmm DIY…The little hole for the camera looks like a challenge but nothing a Stanley knife and precision can’t handle.
<span style=”font-size: 16px;”>The carbon foil looks nice but it’s not my style, but if you’re gonna go for it best of luck! And show us photos of it! :)</span>
April 10, 2017 at 11:13 pm #65043I also had this inbound failure, but i think it was because for some reason my tablet and keyboard has divided into two parcels. One seems twonbe shipped by air and second one still in exchange office, but aliexpress tracking is not always that accurate. Aliexpress and sellers usually have good customer service as lomg as all goes well. When problems occur customer service tends to drop.
My tablet and keyboard/stylus has also been split into two packages and so far only the 2nd package (which contains the keyboard and stylus has arrived), the tablet is still in limbo or stuck on the inbound failure sadly…
The tracking nber has also yet to be updated 🙁
April 8, 2017 at 4:37 am #64874I ordered the Chuwi hi13 including a keyboard and stylus and so far only the stylus has made it through and is bound to arrive in Australia.
The tablet however was sent back (according to Andy from the official Chuwi store) and is now delayed for another week because the “shipping company” is on holidays (again this is what Andy described the problem as). Aliexpress is starting to really disappoint because they have terrible customer service and as of now I have yet to get back my refund money from a seller on there.
Any one else have the same response/problem?
