you have usb adaptor or a m2 adaptor ?i use a dongle usb wifi from tplink and had no problem so far. just remeber to chose the second wifi card in settings

try to remove the flat cable of lcd and the touch and reconnect it all.sometimes is usefull. if doesn’t work i think the flat cable or some circuit inside the lcd is broken

i was same problem but after overcharghing without luck I tried to disconnect battery. after 2 times to press power button for a while the tablet back to life!

i have ARC mouse from microsoft surface edition with BT4.0 so the problem come like an hardware issues from icube..

my problem with poor wifi signal is when connect one BT device.. so i think the problem is a bad wifi-BT card… i tried connect my headset, one speaker Bt and my lg g4 with same result.. it reduce speed..even spotify lag!
