Have this on the F7. Common on all these laptops, I think it may be due to the charger. Search the forum, sure their has been several posts about this.
February 18, 2019 at 11:41 pm #150507Doesn’t sound like it’s the charger if you bought a replacement and it doesn’t work.
I bought one of these for my f7 (didn’t like the original charger as I had to use the pin adapter):
Powseed 36W AC Multi Voltage 5V 6V 7.5V 9V 12V 13.5V 15V Power Adapter Supply Switching DC Tips Selectable Freely for Household Electronics LED Light Wireless Router DVD CCTV Power Bank BT Speaker https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B06XK9TXBB/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_taa_9f0ACbH5RHJR0
Means I can use it with other devices if needs be as well.
Cheers

January 27, 2019 at 10:55 pm #150267Good to know.
Which version did you install – Core, Lite, Ultimate, or Business?
Can you just update the Linux kernel to 4.20 (see other post about it supporting the touch pad natively now).
Cheers
June 30, 2018 at 10:21 am #144270Hi. I have a matte display (64GB SanDisk D4064 model). The screen protector was glossy – but prefer the matte.

March 16, 2018 at 3:23 pm #140685OT…the installation/securing of the SSD is a joke.
You can’t secure the SSD with a separate screw, so you have to use 1 screw for the SSD AND the backplate and therefore the SSD always “pushes” against the backplate.Hi yes I had this issue, I had to trim the rubber pad to enable me to screw the plate with the single screw. It it is slightly raised but pretty flat now.
February 13, 2018 at 11:43 am #79400Isn’t the ezbook 3l pro (with IPS screen) a Teclast F7?
I get the impression all these ‘brands’ all come from the same ODM – ForYou Digital in South Korea?
December 31, 2017 at 3:41 pm #76289Hi there! I used to replace my laptop battery every 1 and a half years or so, when its beginning to lose capacity. Is there a website that sells exactly the battery model needed for a replacement? (EZbook 3 Pro V4)
Anybody had success sourcing a battery/the same battery that would fit the EZB3Pro?
Cheers
December 24, 2017 at 4:14 pm #76127I have had this issue several times, especially when after doing some updates, or sleep.
I generally solved this by rebooting into the BIOS (alt-F4 to get power off options in Windows) and making a minor change and back again then saving the BIOS setup (and shut down – not reboot) then restart from cold and then everything back to normal.
Give that a try.
December 24, 2017 at 4:07 pm #76126Hello everyone, is an Italian who writes to you. I’ve just received a Jumper 3 Pro but I’m having problems with Windows Update, Windows 10 License and Chrome advertising. I know how to format a computer, but I was wondering, for the drivers how do I do it?
Export and Backup Device Drivers in Windows 10 using PowerShell

November 14, 2017 at 12:00 pm #74856i hope there is something in BIOS i Can do….just want it to be stable
If its a mainbaord manufacturing fault which seems the most likely then BIOS seetings will not help.
If you can’t return for refund/replacement then following the TechTablets video on YouTube about Ezbook pro 3 thermal improvements might help.
November 12, 2017 at 3:08 pm #74791Look at option 3 in page below. Press F2 (or F11?) on boot with win10 usb install media in to get the boot option menu to boot off it.

November 12, 2017 at 11:32 am #74784Same problem here. I think it could be related to WBM: I did a fresh installation of windows 10 on a ssd and everything was fine. Than, after a few days, I formatted the emmc drive (that still had the boot manager and the recovery on it, before I formatted it) and since that day the bios doesn’t even see the emmc nor the ssd. I want to try to fix the WBM, but I don’t have my windows USB stick with me right now. I will try tomorrow night and let you know.
By doing so you have wiped the EFI system partition. I have a m2 SSD installed but I left the EFI system partition on the EMMC after reinstalling Windows on the SSD and wiping the old EMMC windows partition. I could not be bothered to move the EFI parttion to the SSD.
I think to fix you need to do a Win10 install or lots of manual repair steps.
See this thread about moving the EFI partition (if you still had one!) from one drive to another: tenforums<dot>com/installation-upgrade/52837-moving-recreating-efi-partition.html
November 12, 2017 at 11:21 am #74783In task manager my Last BIOS time was 9.7 seconds.
I have “Quiet boot” (I think thats what it is called) disabled in the BIOS (so I do not get the Jumper logo I see the American Megatrends BIOS logo and text) – BIOS is stock V4 apart from that.
Also I have an m2.ssd installed and Windows 10 on that BUT the EFI System Partition is still on the EMMC – so my boot MIGHT be be quicker if I shifted the EFI partiton to the SSD but to be honest the boot time from cold to the Win logon screen is approx 17secs and that is quick enough for me.
November 12, 2017 at 11:12 am #74782This looks like a on-board GPU issue – overheating or manufacturing issue. Some old Dells, Apples and other laptops have had known issues where the GPU chip solder was heating/cooling/heating etc and becoming detached.
Your crash looks similar to this screengrab in this page: deskdecode<dot>com/how-to-fix-a-laptop-gpu-by-reflow-graphic-chip/
