No. All I I get is this screen immediately after pressing the power button. I use Macs so don’t really know what I’m doing. I don’t know what combination of keys to press on start-up for the OS to repair itself. I suspect it happens to soon to progress into the boot sequence. I wonder if the graphics chip could be dead? This is my sister’s machine – she’s had it two or three years from new. Worked fine and I upgraded it to Windows 11 I think some months ago.
