it is completely and purely from my bottom of my heart with solid experience with c5j6 model
first things first.
1, do not update any updates either from windows or android. In android there is a stupid chinese application teclast update. Please uncheck it.
2. Do install belarc software in windows, link is here,http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html
run this and save the information of your decice to cloud google drive, particularly product key. Note it down and if possible go to windows site and download original wwindows 8.1 with bing with this product key.
3. Make a bootable GPT partition disk using rufus or iso2disk software.

4. Run dxdiag and note down the status of whql signatures if any by taking images or printscreen, also run commd prompt to know about product key and cross check it with belarc value.

this will be very helpful to run your tablet whiel charging and simultaneously working thru keyboard, mouse and pendrive.

Through command promt. With help this otg hub, first access bios through keyboard, take images of bios pages. There are 3 such pages where in first page you will find bios compliance and also teclast tpad project. These chinese OEMs buy bulk volume keys from microsoft and it costs for them @5 to 10 $ and they install windows with one single key in thousands devices. Therefore if you notice the id (which will be c5j6 for your tablet) at back side with some serial no. They take advantage of not providing any windows original backup dvd by disabling boot files in system 100mb partition through updates and ask you to pay them extra dollars for original dvd/pendrive.
6 If you are having a retail version a d sure of how to install win 8.1 (mind you this tablet is a uefi system based one, hence it requires gpt partitioned bootable pendrive) and wish to remove chinese stuff, i suggest you to master dual boot systems and copy entire partitions (there are 19 partiotions which i have attached a image of it in my post) to a back up pendrive of 128 gb capacity. I also suggest to copy them in a laptop or desktop and go through all directories mainly intel. It will help you to restore any point of time.
7. Always take an image iso of a latest restore point, this will be very helpful in future device failure ti boot. Store these restore imgs in evexternal system.
These are very important dos one should do particularly with these OEM chines tablets. These chinese guys are very cunning, they try to get all imp details of many valued customers through their chinese os, firmwares. Particularly if you observe the drives for blutbluetooth and wifi, their drives names are in chinese language. They control the devices through these drives specially designed for their requirements.

Hey guys, i think it is the problem with OEMs. If you run dxdiag you will see that the certificate from vendor is pending. Again if you try to run cmd prompt to know product key, you will see eempty fields there. Most of the devices that come with preloaded windows will have volume keys but not retail key, so, that authorisation lies entierly within the discretion of OEMs, who generally buy volume keys in bulk quantities and they will have some time to pay the full amount, therefore they take advantage of remotely controlling our devices by disabling boot rrecord which is exatly what happened in my c5j6 case bought in may 2015. Presently it is not booting and asking for original boot installation cd. I tried all known commands to retrieve missing boot record which lies in 100mb system partition 16. I have attached imgs in some other threads. After my desparate methods to retrieve through gpt based boot cd, i wiped the disk to reinstall rretail version. after some part of installation it gave a message that it encountered some problems and required to restart, after that when i tried to restart. Power is not getting on Even there is enough juice.
I found that:
These types of OEM issues is not common with teclast but Lenovo, Dell, Acer and many other brands take advantage oof OEM and try to swindle money by asking customers to pay for original cd/dvd, resetting caches etc. I complained this issue to Microsoft people that why they are issuing projects like teclast tpad project when they are in still R&D stage and giving pending original whql signatures.
I think i lost my tablet badly. It is just a crap now.

same with my c5j6. I tried to contact teclast people, but vain. After some updates, it doesn’t boot. pressing power button doesn’g help.Someone should help.hope so.

First Let me congratulate you and your guys for helping us.
I have a problem regarding boot failure in both OS after a recent update(Thursday 11th June i suppose)
Windows failed to boot and displays this message in black and gray color
Windows Boot Manager
Windows failed to start, a recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:
1. Insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer
2. Choose your language settings, and then click Next
3. Click Repair your computer

In Andorid, when i tried to start it, it displayed your tablet is UPGRADING and after some time, it behave strangely and displayed this list
Use Vol+/- to select and press power button
Update via ADB
Reset to factory setting
Wipe cache
I tried several times to switch between two OS but only to see these two Messages
Finally, I tried to wipe cache and Reset to factory setting but it settled to the same status.
I failed to boot either OS.

I do not have original boot cd/android ROM. I think it is the case with all customers as they are not provided with Original Boot Cd, product key etc.

I had no problems with the tablet until recent update. I have successfully activated MS Office by registering MS account, changed language from Chinese to English, and installed some of my own applications successfully and used it for few days. While my usage with windows 8.1, i tried to run dxdiag and found pending issues for signature from OEM (i.e., Teclast).

Hi,
I am using Samsung galaxy 2.0A charger since beginning. I didn’t tried the teclast original charger. I have no problems till now regarding charging. However it took some 5 hrs to get fully charge. I read in some forums that the lipo battery takes some initial charging cycles to get into full potential. Please correct me if wrong.

I just got c5j6 model. I agree much with Alec. I just did simple steps like force stop/uninstall Chinese apps, customized with Google and buzz launcher. My eMMC is 64gb showing 15gb available in 4.4.4 and 33gb in win 8.1. I am just keepingm fingers crossed until 5.0 lollipop to arrive. I have Elephone p6000 awaiting lollipop. Air 3g is not having encryption feature. Any help to encrypt?
