The same to me. I just download some apps from playstore and I rotate my screen. I have no other solution.

I formated and worked perfectly what banggood done to my tablets I dont know!! But I fix it with that way!

Do you think XTU is a good idea? Or thermal mode is the only choice?

Try reset it with volume buttons and power button. I made it several times. I formated and i stuck I reset it and again brand new cube mix plus. Now iam running official windows pro with last update! No problem

The pen from banggood is the original from gearbest is not. I send message and they told me that is not original. Also wacom stylus from galaxy note is ok.
