Download the EC update uploaded by Lucas.

In the Zip, you will find a chinese tutorial. Ok, it’s in chinese, but it’s aesy to understand:

• copy and past all zip named “X5 Pro 更新EC操作指导说明 ” content on an USB formated as FAT32 and renamed as WINPE
• plug this USB in X5, start the tablet and tick ESC to go to th bios. In boot manager, select your USB key named WINPE as 1st boot.
• Restart, and then bios will be automaticly updated. DON’T STOP THE PROCESS BEFORE IT ENDS!
• After the end of this changes, restore the correct boot manager. Done!

Most of the customer feedback to download the firmware needs BaiDu account, you can use the following Baidu account to download the official firmware.
Username: [email protected]
Password: Bicgate123!

What you have to know: you should have to install first a program named BaiduNetdisk, it will create a folder named BaiduNetdiskDownload.

Try it, it’s very fun to be able to download directly from Baidu, even if it is slow.

Second it says I have to update windows then I click on yes. Now it’s downloading it but it seems so slow, did you get this problem ?

This f**** updates from the end of last year are very painful. It seems that Microsoft has tried to limit the remains of one of the many updates of the end of 2017. In any case I suppose. Not to mention one of these major updates, which is a kind of complete reinstallation of the system apparently.
The set of updates to apply require a good half day or more, including with our brilliant Cube Mix Plus!

Fourth, I want to virtual keyboard open automatically, is there any options about that?

Try  to right click in the taskbar, it seems to me that it is possible to tick “keyboard”.

Take a look in “services.msc”, there is a Wacom ISD service. For mine, it’s set as “automatic”.

Did you try to start the tablet while the back is out and the “mod” restored as default? Maybe it’s just a short circuit?

So you can’t enter in BIOS? Escap or F7 doesn’t help? In the late bios window you should be able to restore default settings.
