    find the attached switchnow exe(rename .jpg to .exe).

    Try to disable network card and do a restart to see if it restarts properly. (when the network card is unresponsive, my hi12 would do the same with staying in the restart screen)

    When Chuwi logo appears on power on, press “Esc” button several times. It will go to Bios settings, and at the last menu, there should be reset,default(something similar) something to reset the bios.

    After the big windows update, both wifi & Bluetooth have problems staying connected.

    it is solved.

    Faulty firmware update was removed by Microsoft after it was reported by chuwi. The faulty firmware was compiled by “teclast” but it affected chuwi tablets since both manufacturers use some of the same components.

    This was an issue about 2 months back.

    can please someone confirm if this is the harmful update? “• Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3156421).”

    Are you using any Bluetooth device with the tablet(mouse/keyboard/headphone)?

    If you are, try turning off Bluetooth and test the speed of wifi.

    It was mentioned that hi12 use 1 antenna for both Bluetooth and wifi.

    Anyone having trouble restarting windows when the battery level is around 13% ? or turning on the tablet ? (after the new bios update of course)
