Try to disable network card and do a restart to see if it restarts properly. (when the network card is unresponsive, my hi12 would do the same with staying in the restart screen)
When Chuwi logo appears on power on, press “Esc” button several times. It will go to Bios settings, and at the last menu, there should be reset,default(something similar) something to reset the bios.
Faulty firmware update was removed by Microsoft after it was reported by chuwi. The faulty firmware was compiled by “teclast” but it affected chuwi tablets since both manufacturers use some of the same components.
