has anyone found a suitable battery replacement?
November 3, 2020 at 9:27 pm #203800You need to pay shipment costs under warranty? Are you sure?
November 1, 2020 at 8:40 am #201733You definitely have a faulty port then if the stock ssd does the same thing.
It’s weird the AliExpress support is that bad honestly.
October 28, 2020 at 8:11 pm #198931I guess when you buy these Chinese laptops you know this could happen.
Did you buy an identical one or another brand?
October 4, 2020 at 12:49 pm #184047Was anyone able to solve this orĀ get a replacement battery? Mine doesn’t last more than 5 hours even if I just watch videos. Is there a way to benchmark the actual capacity?
September 8, 2020 at 1:59 pm #183915I’m having a tester shipped so I can see what voltage is reporting with my powerbank that do charge it, and they can’t go over 12V for sure.
August 20, 2020 at 5:39 pm #183820Edit:3 I received another PB, this time 37Wh (can’t post links)
that like the other one it supports 12V1.5A and it’s charging. While I see the percentage of the battery decreasing 100 to 86% the laptop percentages stayed the same for an hour almost in idle. I don’t understand, where is exactly that energy going? :/
Considering this formula (can’t post links) I should get around 2700mah which is half the battery capacity filled.
I’m assuming that both these cheap PBs don’t delivery enough amps to fill the battery while the laptop is on.
I don’t have a watt usb meter for usb-c so I can’t tell for sure.sorry I had to delete links otherwise this wouldn’t post.
August 19, 2020 at 6:40 pm #183814Edit: it does work, sorry. Always at 11.4W though :/
Edit 2: it says charging but I guess it’s not, probably the PB is not delivering enough amps even if I see 11W, thepercentage is not increasing.
August 19, 2020 at 6:00 pm #183813I tried with a PB from amazon with 12V1.5A via type-c with QC3.0 and PD3.0 support and it’s not charging. Go figure what’s actually needed.
August 19, 2020 at 5:37 pm #183812The Ugreen actually charges at 36W max so it should be faster tha 11W, even so why not at 18W anyway?
What power are you getting from that charger?July 17, 2020 at 9:53 pm #183604I bought this charger that has a 36W output from the usb-c port along with a 100W cable and it works, however still stuck at 11.4W charging speed like the DC charger so I guess you won’t ever get a higher wattage.
June 24, 2020 at 9:42 pm #183461It all seem to point to pd 3.0 and or qc3.0.
I’m still confused.
February 20, 2020 at 7:49 pm #182739Guys, I still didn’t get what feature is needed for the charger to charge this laptop!
January 13, 2020 at 8:46 am #182440I bought a IMUTO power bank (Mod. SL200PD) 20000mAh and 42W output, usb-c have 12V 2.5A. Paid around 35 euros. Works very well.
It’s probably the USB PD 2.0 support that makes it work. Do you use a specific cable?
January 12, 2020 at 7:46 am #182434Mike, what charger did you try?
