    How about its temperature?

So you suggest to do the thermal mod to avoid this annoying rebooting, or you are asking what is the exact temperature registered whenever the device reboots? I guess I would then have to compare with the temperature when I play games. For the record, by simply “touching” the tablet I would say that the temperature is about the same whenever I program/compile or play, this is why it is so weird that it does reboot abruptly whenever I do something “useful” as opposed to when I do something to entertain myself…

Do you need a specific tool to cut the thermal pad (Arctic silicon pad [1]) or it could be feasible to cut the pad with scissors? Amazon [1] also suggests Arctic’s thermal paste, do you think it is worth buying the two together? Could you advise some cheaper alternative?

The SD card was recognized before without any issue, now it is not in the list of the mounted devices. Drivers updated. I tried the trick with uninstalling and reinstalling the device, didn’t work. Putting into sleep and then logging in does not help either. The device manager says that the SD card reader is working properly though…

    Hey,

Well, I couldn’t find any information on CS310 and CS320 differences on the official Wacom website, though the images popping up, once I type “cs320 wacom” in Google, suggest that it is the same model as the one I have — wacom bamboo for galaxy note s — BUT with two buttons (congrats :).

Anyways, mine is an EMR pen, so no batteries, nor USB charging, once you install the recent driver from the Wacom website, should be working out of the box. If that’s not the case, I suggest checking the display driver for cube i7 book too.

The manufacturers, in most of the cases, do not explicitly mention whether the digitizer technology is EMR, ActiveES, or N-Trig, so it is kind of hard to find the right pen for your tablet. But, essentially, all the pens compatible with galaxy note s, surface pro / pro 2 should be compatible with cube i7 book.

I suggest you check the cube i7 book forum here on techtablets, there was a thread listing specifically all the pens that should work with cube i7 book.

    Hi,

I bought the wacom bamboo for galaxy note s and it works with my cube i7 book rather good (https://www.amazon.it/gp/product/B014KZ1Y6Y/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1).

I chose this one, mainly because its wacom and because of its relatively low price (compared to more advanced models from wacom).

On the sad side you only get one button, which, in most of the apps, works as the right click on the mouse, and in OneNote you can use it as “lasso selector”. So no erasor, no additional buttons.

Others might complain about its “small” size, I however prefer it this way.

I use it for note taking and for some sketches in Mischief. Haven’t used it for coloring nor for other advanced graphic design stuff.

    Hey guys,

I’m thinking of buying iVoler 75w (https://www.amazon.it/iVoler-Caricatore-Delivery-Macbook-Chromebook/dp/B01EUN7JME/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1476959751&sr=8-1&keywords=ivoler+75), which has been confirmed to be working with cube i7 book.

However, I am completely lost as to which usb-c cable, supporting power delivery for charging to get…

Can we probably keep track of all the working usb-c cables for power delivery on the first page?

I just received the Kingston 64gb micro sdxc card and tested it on my cube i7 book. In the beginning it didn’t recognize the card, however after updating the driver, as was suggested in this thread, the card became visible. On a sad side, the standard Windows copy speed tracker has reported the max speed of 17 mb/s and min speed of 4 mb/s, while the manufacturer reported the speed of 45 mb/s…
