Quality has to differ peace to peace. On my 3L there is strong wifi – I am quite far fom router and signal is OK. But after double check with live distro – the RAM is really faulty one. If Geekbuying did not accept my claim do you thing there is possibility to buy another RAM? I am no moder but it looks that it is impossible ?

Don’t see that they can argue it given the ram fault.

On the way, well at least I think it is. I wanted to cancel but they said it was sent now.

Hopefully it will turn out to be a good thing that you couldn’t cancel.

Have you been searching for ezbook 6 pro or ezpad 6 pro? I find a lot more links using it’s actual name, with ezbook in search field it’s almost all 3 Pro it finds

Chris did a video on it, it’s plastic build, he didn’t really seem to like it much

Geekbuying often add postage to the price, depends on the product. Have a look at the Bben N14W on amazon, it looks the same.

Well same except it’s got 4gb ram not 6gb, wireless n not ac, supposedly weighs half a kilo more (that’s likely wrong) and costs 35% more.

@Kalle write: “Edit: I just blought the Ezbook 3 pro instead, it was so cheap I couldn’t resist. I believe the Ram and CPU will be enough for me. ?” I am very surprised by this choice… You were looking for the E-book 3 Plus with core M 450$, I suggested the Yepo 737A with 128GB SSD inside 300$ , and you finally choose the Jumper Ezbook pro version with just SSD expansion?… Well, ok, it’s your choice, I respect it!

Can’t see why anyone would go with the yepo. Not reviewed, long wait to receive it. Build might be as good as the jumper but easily might not. Only obvious bonus is the 128gb ssd but it’s priced so much higher than the jumper that you can buy a budget 256gb ssd and the jumper.

Well they say 13.3 in one place and 14 in another.

    The battery seems bit weedy

They specified it has only interface for m.2 slot.

It doesn’t say interface for slot it says interface.

Also says in the specs table: External Memory: SD card up to 128GB (not included) M.2 SSD(supported)

In the title it says “Support M.2 SSD” rather than has a connector that you can’t connect an m.2 ssd to directly but might be able to find a part to let you if you scour the entire internet.

They have been very shoddy here.

Think the first question should be is it any good for what purpose?

If all you want is device to show 720p video and streams on the go it’ll serve it’s purpose.

Sure it’s not near the ezbook pro 3 in terms of screen, build, storage etc but it’s not in same price range.

It’s nothing to do with the heatsink, that’s complete misdirection. The heatsink in that picture appears exactly the same as the one in Chris’s picture on this page. You can see it overhangs the motherboard just the same. The bit marked with red square is to the left of the daughter board socket and seems irrelevant.

Tweak To Improve Jumper EZBook 3 Pro V3 & Other Apollo Lake Tech eMMC Speeds

The problem remains the same that they specified it had M.2 and it doesn’t without the little ribbon cable and extra board. You shouldn’t have to buy anything extra this is their error.

I contacted Jumper about the M.2 slot-card and Geekbuying.com too. And yes, there are screw holes so it just needs that daughterboard…

Thanks for the confirmation, I think now i can proceed with purchase from geekbuying How much are they selling for the daughterboard?

He hasn’t even said that either have replied, let alone if they are selling the board, so long way from having price.

Really it’s for Geekbuying to sort out as they said it had M.2 and it hasn’t quite.

Fuck. It has a SSD-port for the adapter where the M.2 drive goes to, but that´s it. Motherboard is REV 01. I can live with the EMMC but I’m pissed because I already ordered the M.2 SSD and now it’s useless.

Get on to geekbuying they sold it as having m.2.

Hey, that’s good news! I also received a golden model from Geekbuying the other day, but only have turned it on for a few seconds and jumped into the BIOS setup immediately, just to see, if it’s generally functioning. Now I’m curious, which WIFI chip and eMMC I will find inside my unit.

Love to know what you find.
