maybe try disconnecting the batter, holding the power button for 10-20 secs, plugging it back in,
January 21, 2018 at 2:07 am #77405For me,when this occurred, letting the battery run dry was the solution to get it to boot back up with logo

January 4, 2018 at 7:30 pm #76451I had similar problem, and basically CPU goes into sleep mode. Sometimes doing what you do wakes it up, but most times it doesn’t. The only way I could get it to work again, is to leave it on and drain the battery till it powers off on its own, then plug the power back in and turn on. Unfortunately, due to the low power consumption this could take days.
However if you manage to wake the CPU up again, and boot up, and the screen goes black again this is usually a hardware problem with the screen somewhere.
January 3, 2018 at 2:08 am #76373I just went via here http://www.jumper.com.cn/en/contact.php
January 3, 2018 at 12:01 am #76371I am also interested in knowing as I have a Yepo which has a smaller battery and interested and replacing it with a Jumper one. Emailed Jumper directly but no response. I wonder why its such a closely guarded secret.
December 26, 2017 at 7:03 pm #76156wow another one…this happened to me also, well a different type of display failure. Ended up returning to GB and getting a full refund.
This is a deal breaker for me from buying another Jumper.
December 17, 2017 at 9:17 pm #75938Did you try the Synaptic drivers?
December 15, 2017 at 11:14 pm #75909GB or Jumper definitely watch the videos and see what people are doing lol

November 13, 2017 at 8:03 pm #74836Sounds very plausible reason
November 12, 2017 at 8:12 am #74770Are the stripes also recognizable in the bios? If so, it is probably because of the squeezed cable that goes to the screen. sorry for my Bad English
no doesn’t when in BIOS
November 11, 2017 at 10:51 pm #74764should it be Windows Boot Manager?
November 9, 2017 at 9:49 pm #74633I only got 60USD back….lesson learnt for me from buying from China…
November 8, 2017 at 10:05 pm #74581I have the same issue. I have a youtube video of it. Yes I agree possibly damage to the cable from opening the laptop too many times, which is just bad quality and design.
GB warranty support is useless so looks like I am left with a dead laptop.
