Windows would not reset, or restart

i cannot freaking restart this tablet in windows, only shut down! i also cannot switch to android automatically…it always crashes and i have to reset it! resetting it did not help, installing directly from microsoft did not help either! its driving me crazy not to know what the problem is

Seriously, it is so dissapointing….getting a cheap device doesnt mean that you dont want it to work…mine is freezing in both windows and android.  It sucks.  I am considering to never buy from these cheap chinese brands again

@ Kanoon: First of all go to the device manager

I have just downloaded the Broadcom driver. Problem is Windows 10 does not detect the actual driver in Device Manager. What can I do?

I also had to try it several times. I deinstalled the Network Adapter and after a restart it was listed with a warning sign in Unknown or Other devices. Right klick, install driver and select the folder where you unzipped Sopi´s driver files.

Thanks now i have reinstalled the driver thanks to you

Thanks.  I did not know that the wifi driver was under the other devices after uninstalling.  It only works if you install the new driver from there

I am more concerned about the processor performance and heat levels.  I ordered the hi8 pro (now cancelled the order) with a hope to see incoming reviews of other people receiving it first, but at this point i don’t see why people would waste their money on something that has problems on top of the already problematic processor. It’s both Chuwi’s and Intel’s fault, not to mention the seller’s misscommunication with buyers.  I would say its not worth waiting for it anymore if Intel is gonna replace their cherry trail chips.
