you have to reinstall the touch driver. and paste the fw file in system32/driver

Thanks for the drivers. works for 1909. For those who clean install windows iso LTSC / 1909 / 2004 whatever build updates, and your touch screen fucks up,

    0) In control panel > Hardware and Sound > Tablet PC settings > Calibrate screen > reset

    1) download this https://drive.google.com/open?id=1xCS0wzEdJjfMb1MiOKVMOTBSLuwRf9kS and unzip

    2) Run double driver as administrator

    3) locate the zip file containing driver, restore

    4) Copy SileadTouch.fw to C:/Windows/System32/drivers

    5) Restart and everything should work

I needed more storage so it was either micro sd or m2. The problem with microsd is it is slow and expensive.

The problem with m2 is that small 40mm ones are expensive, and the cheap kingspec ones do not last. So the compromise is to get a branded 80mm one with warranty… Managed to find one which is same price as 128gb microsd, so  the purchase was a no brainer

Upgrading to transcend m2 sata ssd… spped is 3x… but power consumption jumped from 5-6w to 6-9w…

Did you mess with BIOS? It comes with a generic bios so you must not touch any settings.

To reset bios, remove batteries, wait for 1 hour, press power button a few times, then reinsert batteries

I RMA to gearbest before. Don’t bother with gearbest website they will give you store credits means you lose your money.

Raise issue with paypal and argue until they give you return address, once it is shipped and you have tracking, ask them to refund full amount. IF they dont respond, escalate the claim to let paypal decide and you will get your money back

    Use a better charger?

For iWork 8 it draws 2200 mah-600mah if in use = slow charge at 1600mah

    Won’t work.

What the program does is clear free space and create your partitions and transfer over. Once transfered it deletes your old windows partition and extenf the space

The windows partition it initially create is about 13gb.  If that new partition runs out of space before it can copy over your stuff it will fail like the poster above.

So delete your programs now. More straightforward to reinstall later than to have a bricked tablet

You can look under “safe” or “tweaked”

    http://www.blackviper.com/service-configurations/black-vipers-windows-10-service-configurations/

Anyway my lowest for x64 windows is now 674mb after removing internet explorer and printing services. Also had to take ownership of certain folders and deleted them. WIfi has to be in metered mode to ensure no windows update happen

isnt it clear from my post?

Keep the first 100mb and the last 4 (system, ?, windows, recovery)

Good luck! It should work out of the box if you didnt install anything else because this process needs as much free space as possible in the existing 16gb windows partition

If you are afraid of losing everything, then backup all the partition. The method suggested above worked for me on the same day i received the tablet and I didnt do any backup.

Otherwise, at LEAST do your own driver backup in case you want to install windows instead of restoring partition in case something screws up
